My wife and I desired an Italian Eggs Sausage Peppers and Provolone Cheese on a Ciabatta roll sandwich. And Biagio's delivered a 5 star sandwich. Delicious and exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Our friends got a few treats from Biagio's for a gathering and they were truly spectacular. The tiramisu and cheesecakes were so rich and decadent! They packaged the treats so well too, with liners between each one so the flavors didn't blend together in transit! Perfect for when you have a dinner party to go to but don't want to go empty handed

Why have we never come here? I've been to Biagio's for lunch plenty of times over the years but never came in for supper. Shame on me! Food was DELICIOUS. It's NOT pictured because we were such greedy gophers and gobbled it down before it occurred to me to take photos. We split a burrata salad then hubby had Shrimp Fra Diavolo and I had Linguine al Volgone. Excellent food and good quality as well as quantity. Hard to come by these days. We had a super nice server named Sebastián and he was ever so attentive. They are a BYOB and play Frank (Sinatra) in the background which just adds to the ambiance. Simple and elegant. We will be back. You should come too!

Biagio's is a must go to for the area. You will not find any better food, bread, or pastries in New Jersey or possibly the world.

Located on Main Street in the heart of our town, The Dessert Ladies is my family's go-to place for sweets and treats for parties and gifts. The chocolate covered strawberries are divine! I get a mix of dark and milk chocolate plump strawberries with white chocolate drizzled on top. They were wrapped in plastic on a silver tray and a big bow one time, and another time in an adorable pink bakery box with scalloped edges. The biens--basically cake balls--are absurdly rich and fudgey. I brought them to a party and everyone went into shock. They're unbelievable. In the store there are all kinds of fanciful, detailed, gorgeous cakes on display to show the types of cake designs available. The designs rival "the Cake Boss"--these are the Cake Queens! Along with all types of desserts and sweets, there is an area of adorable gifts. Michel Design Works brand soaps, candles and stationary are a personal favorite of mine and there are plenty in the store to choose from. Being able to pick up dessert for a party and a quick gift at the same time is wonderful. The women who own the business are lovely. They are passionate about their business and customers. The Dessert Ladies is a sweet escape in downtown Stirling!

This is the amount of raisins, which is almost a full half cup, that were in a single carrot apple muffin. Let me preface this by saying I hate raisins in any dessert . I didn't think to ask because I know their carrot cake does not have raisins so stupid me for assuming and not asking. However, you can't have a half a cup of raisins in one muffin and not call it a RAISIN carrot apple muffin. In fact, I was not really sure where the apples were but I'll assume they were in there somewhere. Saw a few shreds of carrots. I think they need a serious recipe redo on this one or literally call it what it is. So I spent $3.75 on a muffin that was only half of what it should've been. Also, beware of when you get items at the end of the day because they will sell stale items, and charge same $ of course. Maybe I should ask when items were actually made that day if I go in late. When I went in to get the muffin late in the day, there was a huge tray of baked goods that they were obviously trying to sell before they were throwing them out. I think after a certain time of day, if those are not sold they should be half-price. And then you can choose if you want a stale item or not, but paying full price does not seem fair. Don't take advantage of customers and DO BETTER, Joe! p.s. some of the staff need a little hospitality and knowledge training. It's a Parmesan Leek croissant so be able to say that to a customer when they ask three time when you said Parmleek. And yes, it was worth dirtying my measuring cup to write this review and make a point!
