I reached out to Sam, and he first tried to help me over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, I scheduled an in-home visit. He came by the very next day at a time that worked for me and spent about three hours working on my gaming laptop. He found that the hard drive had failed and replaced it with a new one. I felt the price was very fair, especially since there were no markups on the part. Sam was friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would definitely call him again for any future computer repair needs.

She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

Tony informed me that, with a modestly-priced upgrade of the hard drive, my baby can function just as competently as any new laptop on the market today. I am currently dealing with the process of obtaining a new laptop. Dustin spent a good portion of yesterday (Monday, August 24, 2026) researching what my best options are to purchase a new computer. He had all the necessary information based on his review for me/us to make an educated decision from there. I have been collaborating with AJCC Tech and Dustin Mullen for over a half-dozen years and will continue to recommend his expert services to my professional colleagues and personal circles in the future. It is my clear observation that AJCC Tech continues to go from strength to strength by providing any and all IT and computer-related services in our community. A very valuable resource in my view... I searched online and tried all the suggested fixes from people who had experienced the same problem, but nothing worked. I walked into Computer Plus in the afternoon without an appointment. But when I got home and turned the laptop back on, it automatically connected to the internet! It turned out everything Michael had done had worked, the laptop just needed one more restart. I went back to Computer Plus wanting to pay him, but Michael refused to accept any payment. He said he had only spent about 10 minutes reinstalling the drivers and didn't think it was fair to charge me. How can someone be so kind? It's rare to come across this level of honesty and generosity these days. I highly recommend Computer Plus to anyone having IT-related issues, including businesses.

I shut off my computer, went to Yelp and was happy to find someone who specializes in Apple/Mac. I then asked my La Canada Flintridge friends and one person endorsed him whole-heartedly. He's so easy to work with--smart, personable and clear. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I have a backup service, but having done a backup install before, I knew that would take days. Jack took care of everything and had my laptop back to me that same day. There is nothing like the security of knowing your computer is only in the hands of one trustworthy person instead of sitting in a backroom, handed off to someone you've never spoken to. Also, Jack is an authorized Apple tech and his fees are fair. He also helped me choose the right router (I was about to buy something I would have regretted). I have told all my Mac friends about him so I thought I should get around to posting here. Two things you should know: 1) Be sure to call first, he only sees people by appointment and 2) He takes cash and checks, no credit cards. If you have a Mac, this is your guy.
