We decided to try four cupcakes and three brownies - one of which was gluten free! The cupcakes we got were spectacular with wonderful amounts of flavor that wasn't just sugar sweet. I think of all the cupcake places in Worcester, these are the least likely to cause you to go into a sugar induced coma. Ours were a little on the drier side and was crumbly, but not enough to dock a star. The brownies were great, probably more frosting than brownie, but they were rich and the gluten free one you couldn't even tell it was gluten free. I would like less frosting on the brownies, as that sort of overwhelmed the actual brownie part, but this is also minor. Everything was $4 each I believe, which is consistent with other bakeries in the area, so nothing to remark on there. They do also have savory items for breakfast and lunch too if you're interested in an actual meal. They do also have a nice little cafe seating area that's slightly separate from the Woo Public Market, but there's also plenty of seating a couple feet away at the market too. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Definitely would come again.

It was also quite expensive for the quality. To look on the bright side, they had a plethora of bagel options as well as ingredient combinations. Also, even with a large order, our food came out fast and freshly made. If you're looking for bagels or a breakfast in a pinch, this isn't the worst option, but don't expect anything spectacular.

It's the kind of place where you line up to order at the register then sit down & wait for your food. We came right at 11am on a Sunday and the place was unusually (according to a friend who goes often) packed. I applaud the 2 workers I saw who got the line down as fast as they could. The woman on the register was also making the coffees/teas and there was one man making all the crepes. One weird thing to note because as a mom, I always like to know: at least one of the bathrooms had a changing table which I appreciate so much. I think I'd definitely come again & just hope it's not busy. Might try a savory crepe next time!

My sandwich was practically tasteless and had too much egg white on it. It had three eggs on it which was excessive and it was practically all egg white. I would give it another shot and possibly order a lunch sandwich next week, or just get a bagel with cream cheese. My order also took a very long time to get out, and people behind me got their orders before I did. One register was also broken and couldn't accept Apple Pay. Overall an unexpected experience, but maybe I'll try it again.

Chantaly greeted all the customers with a smile, and she kept the short line moving right along with great efficiency. She helped us decide which grilled cheese sandwich variation we should try.
