Even though the restaurant was busy, our wait was very short, and the staff did a great job accommodating us as quickly as possible. The service and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. The food was excellent. The grilled cheese with ham and tomato was absolutely delicious, the Eggs Benedict were perfectly prepared, and the fresh coffee and cortado were the perfect way to start the morning. If you're coming with family, the French toast and pancakes are huge and definitely big enough to share. One thing we really appreciate is the atmosphere. Even with a full dining room, it's comfortable enough to have a conversation without having to yell across the table. Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back year after year. Frescafe is easily one of the best breakfast and brunch spots in the Framingham area, and we highly recommend it.

We enjoy their food at least once a week, whether it's take-out or dine-in it's always superb. The pizza is the best I've had in the Boston area (yes, it's better than any place in the North End) mostly because the ingredients are much higher quality than most places but also because their crust is perfectly thin and slightly charred, and their copper wood oven cooks the pies at the perfect temperature--just like in Italy. The entrees, the salads, and all the apps are also phenomenal, again with high quality ingredients and sophisticated flavors, and their burger is definitely the best in Metrowest. Their only flaw is that someone in the kitchen has a heavy hand with black pepper and red pepper flakes tend to appear too frequently, so I always make sure to ask for no added pepper. The specials are not to be missed, unfortunately they're only served on the weekend, and the special desserts--oh my! Kudos, Jack's Abby!
