We came to a pediatric lab office and they did a heel prick and collected 1/4 the sample that this Lab Corp collected and were able to run the test. If you are incapable of doing pediatric care, then say so before you draw that much blood out of a newborn child. I high recommend you go elsewhere with your child as even when we questioned how much blood was taken, the techs said the doctor needed at least half the vial for a child.

It was a weekday morning and I went into the Safeway at 5 minutes after the lab opening time of 7:00, but there were already 4 people before me sitting in the lab waiting room. For the technician's peace of mind, the dental office asked me to have a blood test completed at their expense, and I agreed. My dentist provided me with paperwork to take to Quest Diagnostics, including specific instructions on how the testing should be billed and where the bill should be sent. Unfortunately, Quest apparently sent the bill to an address that was not associated with either me or my dentist. As a result, the bill was never received or paid. Nearly two years later, I was shocked to discover that the $1,000 bill had been sent to collections. The frustrating part is that no one is disputing the bill. My dentist simply needs a copy of the invoice so they can submit payment for the testing, as originally agreed. My dentist even contacted Quest directly in an effort to resolve the issue, but Quest refused to work with them and told me that I needed to call. I have now contacted both Quest and the collections agency, yet Quest has still refused to provide me with a copy of the invoice. This is incredibly frustrating. I was never sent the original bill, yet Quest allowed the account to go to collections. Now, when my dentist is willing to pay the bill, Quest won't provide the documentation needed to process the payment. I have made every effort to resolve this, and I simply cannot understand why Quest won't provide a copy of an invoice so the bill can be paid. This should be a very simple issue to resolve, but Quest's customer service has made it unnecessarily difficult.

The dr came in and tried twice. And was successful on the second attempt. I'm used to being stuck multiple times so it's okay with me. I believe I was in at out in probably 30 mins. I filled out new patient paperwork before I arrived. They bill as primary care not urgent care, so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this clinic. Pleasant staff and work flow was great. I have used it more for ugent care, usually on weekends and times my normal doctor wasn't free. I recently moved back to fairfax and had to visit a few times. I have been assisted with normal colds and viruses, along with some sports injuries which required xrays. Every time, the experience was a good one. Wiat times were never a problem, better than most doctors' offices. The staff was always polite and helpful. English may be a second language for a few of the staff, so they may be quieter and not as talkative, but always nice and professional. I will continue to use this location as it can be much easier than a primary care doctor. Also, to those who complained about billing, I would always rather have them bill as a primary doctor visit over urgent care. Every insurance alive charges more for an urgent care or ER visit versus doctors office visit.

I've called 3 days in a row, every day their message says greater than a 10 min wait and every day I have selected the option for a call back -- never got a callback! Every day I call again and wait on hold for 30 to 40 minutes and when I speak with someone they say it has not been read but it is STAT and should be read in the next 4 hours. Every call has a survey for their service but they only ask if the person I spoke with was friendly and caring. They never ask about the wait, the response, or the delay. If you want a timely report on your health then stay away -- stay far away!
