It has all day breakfasts and my wife ordered the pecan Belgian waffle. I was more than amazed that it was served with a bottle of pure maple syrup from a place in nearby Wisconsin. Real maple syrup is usually an upcharge in most restaurants these days. It was all the crispy and gooey goodness that you could hope for. All of the breakfasts at the tables around us looked great, so I started to regret my choice of the hot turkey sandwich I ordered with fries (as a substitute for the mashed potatoes). My regret turned to joy because this was one of the best hot turkey sandwiches I've had, and believe me, I've had many! The turkey slices was thickly carved, juicy, and fresh. The gravy, which is usually the downfall, was absolutely wonderful. Not too salty and perfectly flavored. My mouth is watering as I'm typing this! The fries were hot and crispy. They even re-enacted feeding each a piece of cake that they did 60 years at their wedding. Our server was excellent, attentive, and did not rush us.
