Hey Bev Mo brought some class to Lincoln Ave. A liquor store without smokes, condoms, lottery tickets, and Jugs Magazine. Get one of their frequent drinkers cards and save $$$$ on your purchases. They also have easy parking in the rear of the store. read more

This location is pretty small so unless you're in the area and want to grab something quickly, I would go to the Santa Clara one instead as they have a bigger selection of wines in all price ranges. Plus since the aisles are small here, it's hard to browse around especially when you have to make room for others to walk by. read more

They store is rather small, but they have succeeded in packing alot of wine and other liquors into such a small space. The "More" part of their name, however, is lacking. Part of the joy of BevMo for me is picking up cheeses and meats to snack on; the Willow Glen BevMo barely has any of these, which is why I typically drive out to the Camden or Stevens Creek BevMo. read more

Very nice little BevMo, not as much of a selection as the larger ones(hoooly shit to the blossom hill one). What i gave a four star for is the prices, they rock and everything is always on sale. The employees are very nice and there are never any lines. There is this funny smell in there always but i got used to it lol. Anyone who doesnt live in willow glen i would advise to go to a larger one if you need some off the wall liquor, otherwise this place is great for the more known alcohol. read more

I love Bevmo! it's like an adult disneyland and I get the butter flies when I come in because I know I am going to have fun looking for new stuff. I come to this store a lot because it's close to my house but I do tend to go to the milpitas, and camden store as well. Great place for any beer, wine, or spirit head but this spot is kind of small so they don't have every thing but do have what I need so yeah. I always talk to one of the employees I forgot his name but he is a chilled laid back dude who loves beer and talks to me when ever I am there I will say I am glad he works here he knows so much about beer and also events so that is a plus. All in all this is a cool spot hard to find parking due to it being in a area with restaurants. read more

I went in for a nice bottle of Pinot Noir at a good price, hopefully on 5 cent special for a second bottle...I got one! I mean 2 :) A young woman with short dark hair with a single long small braid was very friendly (wish I knew your name dear) and her concise descriptions of my options helped me chose a 2011 Ranch 32 Pinot Noir. Very, very good. The day before Thanksgiving at 3:45pm I went online to their website. I needed wine to bring to a relative's house on Thanksgiving. Specific brands and varietals. I specified the store location that I wanted to use. I was able to verify that the store was in stock. All the prices were provided. I ordered 3 different types online. Their website states that within 1 to 2 hours they would send an email as to when the order was ready. 35 minutes later I received the email. I went there, showed my ID and credit card and was out of there in 5 minutes. read more

Went to this store two times already and their service is horrible. I totally got discriminated the couple times I was here. Fellow customers treated me way better than the staff. No smiles, no greetings even they already saw me! But when a White person walked in, they were full of smiles and greetings! I always order online for pickup so it will be a quick stop and go, but they always somehow manage to screw it up. First time I went to this store, I went to the pickup section and told them I need to pickup "my order" and they give me a stinky eye and asked me if I was with doordash. Really? I said, I'm picking up "my order." I waited for 10 minutes before someone came over. Then they kept giving me someone else's order. I said I gave you my ID and the confirmation and still giving me someone else's order? Really? And guess what, the second time with this store, today (7/17/19), it's almost the same except that Maria the cashier, told me to come over to her register even after I told her I'm there to pickup my order. So, I went to her counter thinking maybe she really have my order there even though online orders are always at a separate counter like other stores. Like before, my ID and confirmation was checked and still, she was trying to give me a different order? Really? The 6pk or 12pk of beer you're trying to give me cost a lot less than the amount of wine I ordered! I even told her that I felt really discriminated and this is the second time around, but all she said was "no, it's not that! No apology for her mistakes and didn't even address my discrimination claim! Way to go BevMo at Lincoln! Here's the one star you don't deserve!!!!!! It maybe worth to travel to other stores because this store is full of hatred towards race other than White. I lived in Willow Glen for a long time and never encounter such attitude and unprofessionalism. It's sad that the country I served in the military for is way different than what it was! It's great if the change was for good, but it's totally the opposite! Never coming back to this location! Hopefully other locations has better customer service! read more

The selection is small at this location. It is OK if you are looking for a type of wine and don't care if they have the largest selection. Staff is reasonably friendly, but only after you get their attention. Unfortunately, I was looking for some help and two of them were standing right next to me talking about which shelf to put the glasses on and, still I couldn't get their attention for several minutes. It seems that deciding on the shelf placement is more important than getting a $100.00 sale. Oh well, it's a chain store. I am glad it's here. read more

This BevMo is pure Willow Glen. Yes it is smaller than some BevMos, but the employees are a delight and the selection of items is good for the size. And yes it is dog friendly like pretty much every other business in Willow Glen. I love the place and the previous reviewer, seems a little uptight to me, though she is entitled to her opinion, it is her loss that she chooses not to patronize a store she likes because a dog walked through it. read more

Hello, I was in the Bevmo in Willow Glen on Sunday 9/9/18 around 11am before the car show with my kid's. I have been in the store before and enjoyed the employees. But today I really didn't enjoy the music that was playing while I was there with my kid's. My son said mom why is the a song saying clothes on floor and what does that mean. I listened to the song more and they were talking about underwear and clothes on the floor. I'm sorry that type of music isn't appropriate for a store to be playing. I felt like I was in a club when I was in a store. I grabbed what I needed and was heading up to the front and all of a sudden another employee yelled really loud for another employee to ring me up and she looked really embarrassed and she had a smile on her face but could tell that she was really embarrassed. The cashier's name was Holly and she was very polite and asked me if I needed a bag and if I found everything. When me and my kids were heading out of the store my daughter asked me mommy why does that person have pictures on her hands and things on her face. I told her I will explain later. I noticed that the person who my daughter was talking about was just hanging out not even working.. I hope things will change or get better or I will go to another Bevmo or find somewhere else to shop and never come back in. There have also been a few other time's that I have come in and this same music has been playing and I have wanted to walk out but I needed a last min gift for a friend who I was having lunch with next door. read more

I love the selection - even the the ones that don't live up hype.

Tried parking here yesterday, and gave up after 30 minutes. Tried again today, as I'm out of time and need booze xmas gifts for vendors. after 25 min of waiting a space opened up and I jumped in. A helpful employee made a couple great suggestions, grabbed my bottles and headed to the register. Whipped out my coupon - and it had expired yesterday! Did the clerk offer to extend? - no, Just "sorry". Our company buys all our booze from Bevmo. Probably 50K per year in monthly all-hands alone, I'm pulling that business. Nice work Bevmo. a hidden bev-mo gem. small in surface area, but they have most of the inventory you'll find at any other bev-mo. in fact, this place often has my magner's cider in stock more often than the larger store on stevens creek. nice little lot in the back makes it an easy, short trip to the car. staff is always nice. read more
