This particular location is deceptively large. The storefront looks small, but it's super long and well-stocked. I really enjoyed talking to the staff member who said "please use me; otherwise, they will replace me with AI.". Too funny and also scary. read more

At about 6:30 PM while shopping I was hearing one of the cashiers older blonde hair lady discussing with another team member about how a customer was complaining about a Bogo deal. And the lady associate was airing out her frustrations saying that in her inner monologue she was saying fuck you bitch multiple times and asked for the cashier to agree with her halfway across the store and I waited about three minutes for somebody to come check me out. I understand customers and retail jobs can be really stressful however, not everybody is like that. I live right across the street from this place and I'm not coming back! Bevmo computer system indicated 5, 6-packs of a unique regional beer was in stock at the Willow Glen. Headed down and readily found what I desired, with no hassle. About 45 minutes later I checked and the Bevmo computer system had updated the stocking levels. Perfect service. The clerk helped me. Very happy! read more

I have been a customer of Bevmo Los Gatos for several years. It has a good location and good prices. There is a store brand called Kavlana of which they have several inexpensive types of liquor such as vodka, and liqueur such as the coffee liqueur, which is very much like Kahlua. At a much lower price. Another liqueur I discovered there is Gaetano grand chevalier. It is an orange licour, very much like grand mornier. But very disappointed to report that it is no longer carried at all. read more

Me: Yes, new best friend She: My screen just froze Me: So it's free...yes? Well, her computer froze and it was going to take a while for it to reboot, but then her manager came and took me over to another register. He asked if I was a member, but I'm not. I bought wild turkey for a cocktail recipe and then decided it would be better to stick to bullet. 1.5 hours after I came to try and exchange and the lady manager was not helpful at all. I told her I had purchased using my bevmo membership and have the credit card from earlier but she didn't want to help. I probably could have found the guy who helped me earlier but I decided to get out before I said something to her I would have regretted. Bullet would have been more money for the store. It's a weird, small BevMo with horrible parking... but they always seem to have what I need, even when other locations don't. They pack a lot of stuff into a small store!!! Online ordering makes shopping here a breeze. They had me in and out pretty fast. The checkout is on the parking lot end of the store, not at the street end. I recommend going early in the day before parking in the area gets too dreadful. read more

My bf and I were around the area and realized we have never checked out this location, We came on a Sunday around 6ish. There was plenty of parking in the back parking lot. This BevMo is probably the smallest one I have been in, which is great. They have everything you need. The staff was so welcoming and very attentive. Jasmine and Johnny helped us out, they were making some great recommendations. Mizo Hard Lemonade was one of them. It reminds me of an adult Capri Sun lol. I've been to plenty of Bevmo locations bit this was my first time visiting this location due to all the other location were sold out of the Uncle Nearest 1884 whiskey. I had the 1856 which is my favorite but I was running low so when I heard about 1884 I wanted to give it a try. The staff was very helpful with locating the product in this huge store. Because rum is just spiced water for fun people. Parking is tight and can be challenging if you are thereafter 5 on a weeknight, but their customer service is on point. I have had several good experiences of staff helping find something and/or more often than not educating me. On this visit, I was wanting to buy some top-shelf (locked box) rum. So I asked someone for help and Alexa rushed over and offered her assistance. I'm on my way to take a few pictures at a local tiki bar and thought it would be cool to do some pyrotechnics with cocktails and photography so I asked for some flammable alcohol. Alexa, was so fast to start searching for some cheap fireball material -- she was looking at the very bottom of the shelves to find the right stuff. She made the trip easy and quick--and I truly appreciate that. Lucky tip: order online and drive up to pick up the order--they have designated parking. Horrible pickup experience! I placed an online order and put down my husband's name for pickup. However, when he went to pick up the order during the designated time, he was not allowed to do so because he did not have my credit card that was used for the order. It didn't matter that his name was on the pickup, it didn't matter that he had a copy of the order pickup email, it didn't matter that he had valid id or anything. In addition, the pickup instructions say NOTHING about bringing the credit card used for the order. This was a collossal waste of time and a huge disapointment. Worst BevMo experience ever. I've been at BevMo member for a long time. I put in all kinds of orders to be picked up. And my girlfriend partner is the one who always goes and picks them up. I've never ordered from this one before. She got there to pick it up and they wouldn't let her have it She had the order number She had a screenshot of the order She had her ID. They wouldn't let her take it. We travel a lot and where I live we have never run into this problem. Also the girl was very rude to her and kind of condescending. This was Saturday about 5:00 p.m. October 12th. So I had to get into our other car and come over to get the order. All the guy told me was well this is our managers rule. I guess the managers can do whatever they want at BevMo because we've never had this type of problem before. I even called them while she was still there and they still wouldn't give it to her. They don't need to scan my ID they need to scan whoever's picking it up that they're 21 and she's well over 21. If I ordered delivery from GoPuff, Guess what I can order it in my name and when it gets to the door they scan my girlfriend's ID and give it to her. I will never get anything from this BevMo again. This would be zero stars if I could... When I went to check out the cashier said "can I see your driver's license" (I am 65 years old). I have it in a transparent window in my wallet. He asked me to take it out. I did so. He examined the license and then, without warning or permission, he scanned it. I suppose Bevmo does this because it makes it easier to verify that their cashiers are checking age. Whatever the reason, I will never again go into a Bevmo store. They will get hacked like every other sizable business and then my DL info will be on the web. In case you can't tell, this practice makes me very angry. Don't buy from Bevmo! read more

Delivery service (T-Force) this location uses is horrible. I paid $50 fee for a keg and 10 -20lb bags of ice to be delivered. Delivery person unloaded 1 bag of ice and let the groom to be do the rest. I could have picked everything up and saved $50 if I wanted the groom to be working that day. Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers to that zip code. I informed the store but have no real contact info. read more

This is an odd location for a BevMo. It's in a rectangular shape and is pretty darn long. However, the aisles are a bit tight, so expect to move for other people constantly. Still, on that note, this is BevMo! More alcohol than you could ever imagine. Personally, I get most of my drinks now from Costco as they are cheaper and have the exact same product as everyone else, but BevMo will always have something others will not. That's what make this place special. Service was great, and we ended up with a few sphere cubes, which are fantastic. I love BevMo, and I can't see that changing. read more

This place has gone downhill in customer care since the general manager transferred over to the Stevens Creek store. I used to love this downtown location since I'd be met by friendly, helpful staff especially with it being 7 blocks from my house! TLDR: I'm having a party so I chose delivery. They delivered the wrong item but now won't exchange it unless I come to their store which I unfortunately don't have time for. I didn't pay a 'package and delivery' fee for the wrong item to be packaged and delivered. Listen, if your delivery service doesn't do pick ups for exchanges that's totally fine but try apologizing for the inconvenience instead of telling me you want me to pay for the wrong item and another delivery fee to get the problem corrected. GTFO here with that! So, a second bad experience dealing with a rude staff member I will now go out of my way to the Stevens Creek location for anything BevMo related to ensure a great customer experience. read more

Horrible experience. I purchased online it took my money. It tells me what time to pick up my order. I spend time walking around the city waiting for my time to arrive. After arriving to pick up my order they can't find the order then they say it's pending. Horrible experience then they make me pay for the order again? I guess I'll deal with the pending transaction who knows when. From professionals I would have expected someone to see it from my side and make an attempt to rectify the situation even if they had no ideal what happened. I love how I manage to always find parking in front of the store and they offer lots of great old school in a bottle soda selections. This BevMo location is super cute! It's small but well stocked. Situated in quaint little downtown Willow Glen, we stopped here after a delicious meal at the nearby Plant Based Pizza. I wanted to surprise my sweetie because he's such a big fan of Pliny the Elder but we can only find the beer in restaurants. I read a few beer blogs and one made a note that if one likes Pliny the Elder, then try the Firestone Double IPA Jack. Lo and behold, BevMo had it and they only had one of their 22oz bottle left. I excited grab the bottle and spontaneously picked up a Young's chocolate stout to try as well. The staff member that helped me was knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel that most BevMo staff tend to be nonchalant and would point you towards an aisle rather than walk you there. Maybe it's the small store size, but the staff member cheerfully showed me a few raspberry ales and chocolate stouts and told me about the difference in them. They even had a banana bread beer! I'll have to try it soon. Word on the street is that it goes well if you mix it with a chocolate stout. They had a parking lot in the back so parking was quick and easy. My sweetie loved his Firestone Double IPA Jack and raved with every sip. I've never seen this guy savor a beer the way he did with this one. This is one of my favourite Bevmo's. The service is friendly, the store is clean and well kept and it's smaller so I don't feel like I'm wandering the isles looking for the single style of soda I want. I'm a big fan of gingerbeer, so this location has become one of my new haunts. The only drawback to this locale is that the service isn't that quick. It's personable, but they definitely take their time about things. So just be aware of that if you're rushing to a party or alcohol emergency or something ;D read more

Double check your credit card statement for orders placed through Uber Eats for BevMo. Placed an order for an item and was never advised that it was out of stock. It was missing from the order when it arrived. Called BevMo, and a rude employee said that I was notified that a substitute had to be made. Never happened. I would have declined and placed the order elsewhere. When I looked at my statement, I had been billed the original amount that included the item. The receipt showed that they had replaced the product with a substitute but they didn't. They BILLED me for the substitute. I wondered why I hadn't received a credit. I've disputed the payment with my bank. They knew when the order was placed that they didn't have the item. Low down and dirty. Unscrupulous business. NEVER again will I order anything from them.
