John was the only one that responded quickly to my questions via e-mail and even called me when I needed clarification. His communication was on-point. We discussed my wants and budget and he made it happen! John was also very flexible with my schedule. John is an amazing person! He is super kind and attentive. Today is 10/01/23, Sunday. He worked on both me and my husband's car all by himself (plus other cars so 5+ cars alone)! Quick and clean! While working on the car he comes in to check in on us to see if we're okay and offered to watch some netflix while we waited. Lol. Felt very homey here at Beverly Tint. Comfy couches. The ambiance reminds me of how the 90s used to be. Back when you walked into a shop to get your car fixed up. Felt like pitstop (if you know you know!) Overall, great guy. Great shop.
