Ivan sent Eugene to pressure-wash and then stain the house. Eugene is an artist who does meticulous work. The result is beautiful. Then Ivan sent a crew to remove our gutters (don't use Leafguard gutters if you live beneath fir trees) and install new wide gutters, screens, and downspouts. The work included window to window replacements, window to door replacement, the window over the kitchen sink was shortened, and one door with transom was made into a taller door. We got all new trim around each window and door. Additionally, outside siding was replaced where needed around the windows and doors; the outside looks as good as the inside. Several other companies were strongly pitching massive scopes of work (for example, full replacement of siding on one side of the house). The job was made more complicated by the solar panels installed on the patio roof, and Ted and his team were able to efficiently and safely work around them (protect the panels with foam and avoid having to remove the panels and re-install, resulting in significant savings for me). This was a very positive experience, I found Ted to be highly professional and a great communicator.
