Why are cappuccinos still being made like this?! And the service was as transactional as it gets- no warmth, no smiles or personalization at all. Hmm I'm conflicted. It seems they are so inconsistent when it comes to making drinks. I order the same drink every time and it tastes different every time I get it.. I don't know why. Also, their turkey pesto sandwich for $9.50 use to come with thick slices of real turkey meat but I get it today and it's like cheap thin lunch meat? I don't know if they ran out of the regular turkey and used deli meat but you can taste the difference and it's not good. Do better please betterbuzz we are all rooting for you... read more

I am just a huge fan of better buzz ! I come often and love it dearly. I am not sure what's going recently but there seems to be barely any people working. They are usually under staffed but let me tell you these kids put in the work. They are running back and forth and doing their best to keep things flowing. I have massive respect for them! I am regular here and the staff is so attentive to detail. They always have a smile on their face and remember my order. They run a tight ship and the place is clean, the drinks are great and the food is made by scratch on demand. I didn't know what the buzz was about. But on my way to yoga one morning, I did a drive thru and got my Americano and chose a Ham and Cheese Croissant to go. This is one of the best croissant sandwiches I have ever eaten in my lifetime of the ham and cheese. It is flaky, nicely heated, conveniently and cleanly packaged, and I can't believe I would ever eat a croissant sandwich at say, another Starbucks, when you can get top notch quality here. They have a person standing to take your order when you drive thru to help take your payment so when you get to the window you just wait for your food. I went back a second time and got the same exact thing because it was so yummy, I couldn't allow myself to eat anything else. What a great coffee place. I love the location on east Temecula Parkway right at the roadside edge of a shopping center. It's easy to spot and get to, which is perfect with having a drive-thru window. I got the aptly named "Best Drink Ever," an Americano with some kind of vanilla yumminess added to it. I got it iced since it's summer! It was refreshing and delicious, a good pick me up. The car line wasn't crowded at all that afternoon and the female employee who helped me was incredibly nice and friendly. I loved that. I hope Better Buzz does well here, it's a good company and has nice people working for it. read more

I love trying new coffee shops on the weekends and the Better Buzz in San Diego has been sitting in my bookmarks for awhile so I was super stoked to see one opened close by! Being my first time coming here, I was hesitant on what to order but the menu was very clear and simple and I decided to go with the "best drink ever" and it definitely held up to its name. It is a perfect balance of coffee and cream and not overly sweet, 10/10. I also ordered the ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious! My only suggestion when ordering the croissant would be to ask it lightly toasted as I felt mine was a little too crunchy on the edges but other than that it was also a 10/10. My bf ordered the bacon ciabatta sandwich and the caramel buzz and he absolutely loved it! The service was great and the place was super clean. They have plenty of seating areas both indoor and outdoor. They also sell a variety of treats, merch, and coffee beans. I kind of wanted to by one of the hats upon walking through the front door but settled for the "Best Drink Ever" and the bathroom. There is a Better Buzz around the corner from my house so if I get hat regret I can grab one there. This tastes like a BB, feels like BB, but doesn't seem to run like one. I mean, this is by far the slowest location I've ever been to. No hustle, no bustle, and a very lean staff. Hey, I hate crowds as much as the next guy but there is something about the energy that you typically find at a BB that adds to the experience and it's lacking here. On top of that, it makes for a slower transaction with only one person taking orders and making the drinks. With a line of 5 people or more this would be the makings of a real mess. All this being said, I do like the Better Buzz "chain" but this particular one falls just a touch short of my typical 5-star experience. read more

I came here on the Fourth of July, so I want to thank the workers first and foremost! Not only are they working on a day when most people are off of work (which I, admittedly, would be annoyed about), but they were also friendly and receptive! An additional shoutout to the attendant at the drive-thru, because they asked how I spell my name, which I appreciate because it is often butchered when regurgitated. There were so many things on the menu that tempted me (namely in the rose and lavender variations), but I opted for the Conscious Chocolate smoothie because I am a sucker for anything with dark chocolate and/or banana. This smoothie was delicious and so worth the cocoa nibs getting stuck in my braces. I took my dog with me, so we didn't get to see the ambiance inside, but we went through the drive-thru and then parked and enjoyed the breeze coming from the shaded seating area outside. Overall, this was a really enjoyable experience, and my only disappointment is that I don't live closer so that I can come more often to try the other menu options! read more
