I'm NOT a caffeine drinker but when I land in San Diego and start driving towards Temecula the craving kicks in and I gotta go get the coconut milk dirty chai. This location is better than any other Better Buzz location. Staff is super accommodating to my my mom who makes lots of requests. read more

Most idiotic workers I have ever witnessed in my life. Asked what was on a sandwich because there was no description with ingredients and the girl had no idea? They sell like 10 food items. Made us pull forward and wait 20 mins for one food item when there was no one in the drive through. They need better training coming from a food service person myself. read more

I had an amazing experience at Best Buzz Coffee, thanks to Cait and Donovan! They provided outstanding service, taking their time to walk me through the menu and explain everything in detail. Their knowledge and patience was key read more

First thing once i walked in I noticed there wasnt much seating. I needed a table for 5 had to wait for someone to leave.. lots of people sitting with their laptops. I had yo wait at the counter for several minutes for someone to take my order. They did acknowledge my presence and apologize for the wait, but there was only one person doing both the cashiering and the making of the order and he was a little bit behind from several customers coming in at the same time I ordered a hot Matcha, which was good. They do have a drive-through I may go through drive-through next time. read more

I tried Better Buzz Temecula for the first time and I didn't expect much, but it exceeded my expectations. The chili crunch breakfast wrap was so good! I'm convinced that their kitchen is the best part. I also asked for their infamous drink, "Best Drink Ever" and the barista was so kind to explain what's in it to make sure it's something I'd like. I don't drink Americano's so she recommended their caramel vanilla latte and it was 10/10! Amazing service for taking the time to help me make a good choice. read more

I had such a great experience here! The customer service was amazing -- Don took my order and Anisa made my drink perfectly. Their hot chocolate (made with their powdered flavors) is seriously the best -- so delicious and rich! Big kudos to Don and Anisa for making our visit extra special read more

I have been coming here a while. It's a great stop before work and during the day when I can work on my computer in the shop. The staff is cheerful and kind. Eve makes some of the best Americanos. She gives so many ideas and new options for me to try. I like to experiment every once in awhile so I appreciate the creativity of the staff at this location. read more

We stopped there this last week on our way back home and let me tell you. The açaí bowl was one of the best I've ever had. We didn't wait too long just enough to guarantee the freshness of the food. Service was provided by Brandon he was actually the one who made us feel very comfortable and explained the menu to us. Everything was really good overall, thanks again and we will see you soon!. read more

So happy that they opened a location outside of San Diego county! I went twice during grand opening week in the fall. It's great that they have the option of drive-thru or walk-in, with seating area inside if you want to study or do work. Since the drive-thru was packed during opening week, we opted to park and walk in. There's plenty of parking in the huge plaza. They have a cute merchandise, apparel, and coffee bean section on the right side while you wait in line. The baristas are very friendly. There's 2 size options (regular or large), you have the option of iced or hot drinks, sometimes there's also the option of blended (buzz), you can add extra shots, modify the sweetness or milk option, and they also have food, including açaí bowls, avocado toast, sandwich, & pastries/baked goods! My favorite drink is the Best Drink Ever. I also love their Peppermint Matcha during the holiday season. I love how they have seasonal drink offerings during each season. Their buzz drinks are good too! They do not do the Black Card anymore and now have another rewards program. If you sign up for the Rewards Program, you get a free drink after your first purchase! They also give you a free drink for your birthday, which is a month long offer. Use my invite code KRISTF99118 to sign up :) Please open more locations in OC or South Bay! read more

Better Buzz has quickly become one of my favorite spots! My pumpkin spice latte was absolutely perfect--rich, creamy, and just the right amount of spice. It's definitely my go-to drink for the season, but I will have to wait until next fall for it to return! Their drinks are quite sweet, so if you're like me and prefer a little less sweetness, I definitely recommend asking for half sweet. The staff is always friendly, and the quality is consistently amazing. Can't wait for next fall! read more

Better Buzz - Best Drink Ever and Pumpkin Pumpkin Spice Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

When I arrived, I walked to the ordering counter and the staff ignored me for almost 5 minutes. It wasn't a very welcoming vibe to stand there at the register and be ignored. They were quite understaffed when I arrived. All the napkin dispensers were empty and they forgot my order. When they do all y helped me, they were kind. Advice: Greet your patrons. Make eye contact with your patrons when they approach the counter. Do not ignore us. The breakfast sandwich I had was delicious, but the bread was huge compared to the egg inside. Maybe use round bread - muffin, bagel, etc. read more

Need a coffee fix!? Maybe some breakfast/lunch or a smoothie? They even have a energy drink option too. A little pricier then other coffee spots but an A ok place to have here and there to switch things up. My fav it the coconut iced latte. I enjoy that it isn't too sweet to actually taste the robust coffee they use. Staff are super sweet and service is pretty speedy for the times I've been. Place is clean and plenty of parking out front. You can also do the drive through which is a plus compared to other coffee spots in town. read more

TL;DR: A lot of hit-and-miss drinks, but it's a decent spot for coffee if you're not a fan of Starbucks. I've found Better Buzz to be a decent substitute for Starbucks as I'm not really a fan of their uber bitter, burnt-tasting coffee, but it's not that much better, in my opinion. I've tried a handful of their drinks and some of them are fine, but some of them are a miss. For example, I had the Buzzed Mocha today and I don't plan on getting the drink again since it was literally chocolate overload. I'll admit, I have a sweet tooth, but that was just too much for me, especially in the morning. Some of their other drinks were not that great too, but I can't remember. However, some of their drinks are great, like the mint infused iced coffee, chai tea latte, cinnamon cream cold brew, etc. I feel like if some of these recipes would be reworked, they could be better. I haven't had any problem with the staff; they've been really nice and welcoming. However, one issue that either I or my friend have come across is inconsistencies in making the drinks. Some days the drinks will taste fine, but other days the drinks won't really taste that good. Maybe because they were new baristas in training? Can't say for sure. Another issue that we've come across is that the drinks won't be filled all the way when we never specified to leave room at the top. I'll continue to support Better Buzz as most of their drinks aren't bad, but I just wish some of the drinks were better. read more

Stopped by this coffee shop in the evening and was lucky enough to be helped by Mel. She was super friendly, sweet and welcoming, and when I asked for a recommendation, she suggested a dirty pumpkin chai. Best decision EVER! It was hands down the best drink I've had in a long time and perfect for fall! She made my night! Definitely coming back, and I'll be asking for her recommendations again. read more

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Madison, Liv, and Larissa for making my last visit super chill and enjoyable. They were all really friendly, fun to talk to, and just had a great vibe overall. Madison made sure my drink was spot on, Liv was holding it down behind the bar like a pro, and Larissa brought such good energy to the place. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and it totally makes a difference. Thanks for the good vibes and great service. You all made my day way better. read more

Had to check out the hype of the newest coffee place to hit south Temecula. The inside is decorated really nice, very vibrant, and packed with people. I got the Best Drink Ever, and it was tasty, but not very packed with coffee flavor like I like. Will definitely try something else, as I don't know that it truly left a mark for me. Our pastries were good, had the scone, a chocolate croissant, and a muffin. They had a the pup cups, which included a milk bone, nice touch. The drive through was very busy, and I understand like it's competitor, you can preorder your drinks and pick up, which is convenient. Will try them again. read more
