I stopped by here recently and ended up staying way longer than I planned--in a good way. The coffee was honestly the highlight. I ordered a [latte/cold brew/whatever you had], and it was smooth, not overly sweet, and you could actually taste the espresso (which isn't always the case). You can tell they care about quality. The space itself is super comfortable--good mix of people working, catching up, and just relaxing. It didn't feel rushed or overly loud, which made it easy to hang out for a bit. Staff was friendly and patient, especially with how busy it was when I went. Everything moved pretty efficiently, and the whole experience felt easy. i was so excited to try this place but ended up being really disappointed in it :(( i got the banana pudding best drink ever and it did not taste like coffee at all it was way too sweet and hurt my stomach afterwards, my bf ordered the cinnamon cold brew but they just gave him a regular cold brew which wasn't his favorite either. the food was alright, my turkey pesto had no pesto and was soggy when i got it despite the bread being toasted but the caprese sandwich was decent for what we got. the staff was super duper nice though!! i just wish that i wasn't so disappointed with the food and drinks read more

Three stars for the coffee -- it was really good. I ordered the vanilla bean latte with banana cold foam, and my daughter got the hazelnut divinity. Both drinks were delicious. Unfortunately, I have to subtract two stars for the food. I ordered the ciabatta bacon chipotle sandwich, which was cold and tasted stale. The bacon was soggy, and there was far too much chipotle mayo. I ended up only eating the top half because the bottom of the sandwich was chewy and stale. My daughter also didn't enjoy her turkey pesto sandwich because it wasn't actually pesto -- it tasted more like pesto mixed with mayo. Another downside was the price. I ordered a large coffee and my daughter got a medium, and our total came out to $38. For that price, both the food and drinks should be outstanding. While the coffee was good, it wasn't enough to justify the overall cost. The staff was friendly, but the girl at the drive-thru window almost forgot my banana cold foam and seemed a bit flustered, even though the line wasn't very long. If I happen to be in the area again, I might stop by for coffee, but I wouldn't go out of my way or necessarily recommend it. Just something to be aware of if you decide to try it. read more

Normally I love Better Buzz Coffee but today felt off I ordered the banana best drink ever and there was Zero banana flavor just plain iced coffee. I also ordered a onion cheddar scone I seen on the app an they forgot to give it to me when I reminded them they gave me the hardest driest lump of I think bread I've ever had. The label said savory scone, it was definitely not what I ordered. If they didn't have what I wanted that would have been ok. But whatever they handed me was terrible and also cold. Sucks because I live in Riverside and will happily drive to upland for better buzz but today was a total waste. read more

This review is hovering between 3-4 stars but giving them a 1 star handicap since it's a new location. We live down the street which makes it really convenient. Coffee is excellent and flavors are amazing to my wife and I and those we've promoted it to. Only hang up could be because of new staff woes. 1. Mobile order ready times are not accurate, order is usually ready about 5-10 later. 2. Ingredients- some of signature ingredients don't even come with the drink, like no crushed peppermint in their peppermint coffee, this happened with the candy cane drink as well. 3. Coffee Temp- comes at a perfect drinking temp, but when you ask for it hot @170 F it's either hit or miss. read more

I love better buzz, u used to live in San Diego and drank their coffee every week, once I found out that they have a store here in the IE I was really excited to start going again. But sadly I have to report that this better buzz has by far the worst service out of any I've ever been to. I ordered before work and had to wait over 26 minutes for my coffee just to find out it was ready and the cashier just didn't want to look for it. The time before that, I waited at the counter while I watched the cashiers gossip behind the counter for over 4 minutes, when he finally took my order and I received it, I noticed that they made it hot instead of iced and when I asked if they could fix it he wanted me to get in the back of the line and wait all over again. Not even good; there are much better options out there, even among those selling from their houses. I can't understand how anyone can just open a restaurant without tasting good; they barely have any flavors and always forget the toppings. There isn't enough coffee, and the flavors are hard to detect. The only one I like is the coconut. With all the others I tried, you can't even taste the flavors, and they even forgot my coconut topping. I want something worth the wait, but it's not worth it.
