Inarguably the worst matcha I've had in my life. I mean just looking at the photo, I'm not sure how you can even call that a matcha. It looks like milk with matcha "flavor" added, but that sure isn't matcha... not even culinary grade. Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered the chili breakfast wrap, which has ham, egg, cheese, and hash brown. We don't eat pork so I asked if I could sub the ham out for turkey. They said I can't do that. I saw they had a turkey sandwich on the menu. I asked can I just have the ham taken off please? Yes, you can. Can I order a side of turkey? Yes, you can. I'll just leave it at that... First time at this spot and wasn't disappointed. Came after some friends recommended it and really enjoyed it. It was a spacious shop with lots of seating. They offered some pretty unique selections, like Miso Caramel Latte, which is what I got, and really enjoyed it! It was similar to a salted Caramel, but also different. Hard to explain until you try it. They offer milk alternatives like oat, coconut, and almond. The baristas were pretty nice. We got a drink that we didn't know only came hot, and they were able to remake us something different. They also have merch. My second time visiting this location and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff has always been so patient and kind, even accommodating in picking up my to-go order for me from inside even when I was in the drive thru. Every food item I have ordered has been delicious, and the coffees as well. I haven't been inside yet, but the shop is located in a strip mall. The drive through is a good size and easy to navigate. My husband came in to pick up a mobile order, he said he was greeted and they were friendly enough, but there were no other customers inside and he was not asked if he needed help because they were busy talking amongst themselves, so he just grabbed our drinks and left. My partner ordered a cappuccino, while I opted for drip coffee and warmed banana bread. The cappuccino was decent, but I had to wait 25 minutes for my drip coffee and banana bread. Unfortunately, the drip coffee had a burnt and acidic taste. I asked two staff members about my order, but both were quite rude. As a first-time customer, I would have appreciated a heads-up that my coffee would take longer than 20 minutes. Since I ordered a simple black coffee--no cream, sugar, or foam--I expected it to be quick to prepare, but that wasn't the case. I remained calm and polite while following up on my order. When my banana bread finally arrived, it wasn't even warm. I mentioned to the staff that I wanted it heated, and when I showed my receipt to confirm my request, one of them turned around and placed it in the oven. I understand it was busy, but I didn't think I deserved that kind of attitude. I waited patiently while my partner finished his drink, and this experience left me disappointed. I didn't like how I was feeling during and after the interaction between the Better Buzz employee and me. It is now 8:35 pm, and the issue happened earlier this morning (Tuesday, 5/12/2026) at about 7:15 am. At first, I was thinking about letting it go because I like Better Buzz coffee, especially in the morning on my way to work. After today, I am not sure if I will go back. This morning, I ordered a Chai Tea Latte. When I got up to the window to pay, I asked the man (dark hair) if he could add the military discount (20 years of service BTW). He then told me that I could have asked for that when I ordered. I acknowledged and replied, "I know, I forgot". He then said, "Now I have to create or open another check". I just sat quietly and listened. Then he said, "It just makes things more difficult". I still just listened. I then paid for my drink with a 20% tip and asked, "May I have a straw?" He said, "Excuse me, I can't hear you." So, I asked again, and he gave me the straw. I said thank you, and I drove away. I feel that after I replied, "I know, I forgot", that should have been the end of it. I think all the extra comments were unnecessary. I don't believe that was good customer service. I also don't believe this is the type of response Better Buzz expects from their employees. Before that day, I had just recently found out that Better Buzz offers a military discount. I found out when I was paying at the window. The very nice employee noticed I was using my Navy Federal card, and he asked if I was in the military or a Veteran. I replied, "Yes, I am a veteran." At that moment, he added the military discount. That was good customer service. That employee was professional, helpful, and represented Better Buzz well. read more

The place has a nice, clean, modern look. I got the white mocha blended coffee and I would say that it was a pretty average blended coffee drink. You will NEVER, get the same drink or food twice, even if you order the same latte/food every time you go, because they are consistently INCONSISTENT. I ordered the Pumpkin Chai iced (X4) and 2 pistachio croissants. Sadly, I got to the drive thru window to find that they had run out of pistachio croissants. The extremely nice employee, Jr., offered others options. I explained that I come to Better Buzz specifically for the pistachio and that I live in NorCal, so it's a rare treat. He offered a refund to me and also gave me two almond croissants on the house to give a try. How incredibly professional and customer service oriented that was of Jr. I am blown away by the excellent service. That young man will be successful in his future endeavors with his exceptional attitude and work ethic. Yesterday was the first time I stopped at this location to grab myself and my mom coffee and breakfast. I ordered my normal Iced vanilla latte with cinnamon cold foam and my mom requested a cinnomon cold brew with pumpkin cold foam added and both of our drinks were flavorless and not good at all. I'm not sure if the coffee was over toasted or someone made the cold foams wrong and didn't add enough sweetener or flavoring but they were gross. I'm sad I wasted my free drink credit and spent an additional 21$ here. The one start is for the service because atleast the guy I ordered from was very nice!
