They got my name wrong. I ordered a Chi Tea and the gave me a coffee. I ordered a Ham Crescent and it took them over 5 minutes.

My sister and I, came to get the mocha buzz with espresso beans and the hazelnut divinity with cinnamon foam, they came out so good and the wait was super quick, Kristin greeted us with great energy and was super friendly and left a great impression on us!! This was the best better buzz experience I have ever had! I was immediately greeted by the staff, and at the register Pablo recommended the better breakfast sandwich which was incredible! The staff was SO KIND! I had no idea what I wanted and basically every employee jumped to help me find a drink that fits the flavors that I enjoy. They gave me great recommendations depending on what I told them I liked. I ended up going with the mocha buzz (per their recommendation) which was super delicious. I have a pretty sweet tooth and they said it is on the sweeter side if you enjoy that but even offered to do it half sweet if I don't love the sweet taste so accommodating the drinks to what I like. My drink was super tasty as well not poorly made. The flavor was exactly what I asked for as well as the texture didn't feel poorly or quickly made. On top of that, the staff was just so nice the entire time, never making me feel rushed or bothersome for not knowing what I want. An amazing experience all together from everyone! read more
