Unfortunately, this particular establishment was a huge let down. One of the employees had an unpleasant demeanor upon our arrival. I entered after my grandmother(who really had to use the restroom, she informed me that the employee had told her she didn't care if she had to use the restroom. It's quite the dissapointment to see that an employee would take out their anger from the day out on an elder in that manner. Once I had entered to be able to communicate what our order was she redirected us to use the kiosk, however my grandmother is Spanish speaking and proffered to place her order at the desk. She was quite unprofessional and had the manager come and help her because she didn't want to help any longer, which left me someone frustrated after I had asked her for a suggestion from the menu because I do not come here often. The manager had a calm demeanor but also seemed to just not really care which was also unfortunate. They are now forcing you to use the stupid kiosk to order food for dine in. The system is horrible and slow and missing food order customization. Takes forever to place an order. Then, if you are paying cash, a human still needs to ring you up. Also, always getting cold fries from this place because they place fries in that staging rack instead of serving fries when the rest of the order is ready. When ever I come to this McDonalds I am already thinking make sure to check the bag, because I always have a issue. Anything from not the right dipping sauce to missing items. This time I get my order and I notice I did not receive my double cheeseburger, I told the employee and sure enough it was not on the receipt. I then ask if I can get charged for the burger, but to my surprise the employee said he can not order or charge me from the window and that I would have to get back in line or park and walk in to order, crazy because he is right next to the front cash register. Get ready for their favorite phrase, "can you park on the side and wait for your food?" I've been to this location twice(in person) But mainly through drive-thru. Every time I order drive-thru they forget something making me get off to get the other item they missed. Once I'm off they seem skeptical about giving me items I paid for as if I'm lying and just want an extra drink/ fries or whatever the item is. The two times I've been there for dine-in were horrible. I decided to take my children to play In their playground, there was an altercation between two parents which scared many of the children there. The staff had about 5 employees trying to "calm" the situation. It's ridiculous how the manager couldn't stand their ground and asked them to leave. Instead, another employee would go to one parent and say they were right and that the other parents were wrong. Then do the same with the other set of parents. The second time I was there I ordered in person and my niece ordered through the app. The internet service sucks in there so she couldn't load her app to show them her order but was able to pull up her email with the order number. She waited 15 min and still no food. They did not want to give her the food she paid for even with the order name matching her app and her providing the exact order #. Horrible customer service. You can be the only car there (no one in front of you, no one In back of you) and they will tell you to drive up to the side of the building and wait for your food....and trust me, it takes a long time for them to bring you the food. They always say the ice-cream machine does not work but one of the employees told me its because they do not want to clean the machine at night. This is crazyyyy. I must confess as we all know fast food eateries and businesses near the international border have a certain... Negative Social Stigma -However this McDonalds contradicts all those pre-notions. The dinning area is spacious and always clean. My order is usually fresh and correct. I believe it was remodeled several years back with a modern decor. They used warm tan colors and it feels like your eating at a friend's house and not just another fast food place. One thing I need to mentioned which is a big deal to me CUSTOMER SERVICES I feel they would benefit if they retrained or added some kind of customer service course to their employees. The worst customer service ever, I order a 4 piece kids meal and they asked me what sauce would you like , I asked for BBQ, when my number was called I went picked up my kids meal with no one around to see if my order was correct or not .
