I love a good 7-11. Any of them really but this one ranks a bit lower on my list unfortunately. It's not that it's a super terrible store. It's one that I feel adds zero value. It's clutch for those who go to school right next door but meh, it's not that great. It's always a bit dirty. It's always never fully stock. Staff are always just lukewarm. It's just a bunch of minor annoyance with this place that adds up. South Bay Lives Matter Seriously? Who owns this store? The continuous neglect of the upkeep, cleanliness and lack of community care is negligible. The story is dirty. Lack of stock. Disorganized. And the new b.s. told to customers"Coffee sleeves are not available because the cups are double insulated." And the employees repeat this nonsense to the customers. Are you kidding me? My next post will be an official letter to the 7-Eleven franchise as this community needs a convenience store because the nearest convenience store is a mile away without a vehicle. However, the disregard and disrespect this 7-11 exhibits in the community is intolerable. The exterior needs to be painted, the trash cans need to be replaced, inside of the store needs to be mopped daily, and more frequently doing busy times coffee needs replenishing, shit alongside the walls that don't belong, clean the counters.... and the owner still has not responded to me with my first review and actual pictures and videos of the treachery of trash that's was on the side of the buildings. I came in this morning simply for a coffee and the coffee that I wanted happened to be out I asked the lady that was working there if there was any way she could make more of the 7 exclusive blend and she goes like uh, she sighs like if I'm inconveniencing her. At that time it was just me and another gentleman in the store. She tells me I'm trying to leave I need to close the store and then she mumbles just forget my kids. So I proceed to get my coffee . At that time about 3 or 4 more people came into the store she was just a very unpleasant employee. I understand we all have emergencies or bad days and what not but her emergency or whatever she has going on in her personnal reason, shouldn't be the reason why I should be treated poorly as a customer. I'd also like to know how a an employee who isn't a manager or lead with zero name tag has the say so to tell a customer I need to close the store at a moments notice Then I was trying to use my mobile app to pay with my rewards at check out For the coffee but I couldn't find how to get to It. So I simply asked her as I'm checking out like how do I get to it ? She goes you can just have it. I then said to her; you're really rude and she's like well I need to leave! I need to close the store but I can't because of all these people in here. This is how you lose customers. In no way shape or form should she have become confrontational with me. One of the cleaner 7 Elevens I have been to. Place is spacious and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Nice selection of hot foods when I walked in about 5pm. Many different taquitos available but not many hot dogs. read more

Probably the worst 7-11 in San Diego! And I am being nice! Trash outside is overflowing and never changed. There are weirdos outside constantly. Only good part is getting gas and getting out of there. Store: employees are rude and hardly make eye contact let alone say hi. The guy who works there in the morning is really nice. Guy nice, girls rude...ok. Refrigerator is never fully stocked. The other day 90% of the shelves were empty so no iced coffee, etc. If you ask them about something or if they can make something its like the biggest chore in the world for them. My advice - go across the street to ARCO - at least they are always stocked and definitely polite. read more

This has to be the friendliest 7-11 in existent. I've seen them chat it up with establish customers and try to form friendships with all their customers like its in their job description. Word to the wise, avoid after school hours because its right next to a middle school. It gets way hectic with all the uniformed kids running around! read more

I use to LOVE coming here every morning with the friendly staff, well stocked shelves and clean store. I unfortunately have to say something after this morning when I went in at 8:30AM!!! Poor overworked & I'm sure underpaid Theresa was not there so the place was falling apart. The new groceries that came in overnight were in the aisles waiting to be unpacked. They didn't have any hot foods or hot dogs. The latte machine was out of 3 flavors, yes I know cuz I checked. The coffee area was absolutely filthy and new coffee was not being brewed. They didn't have any fountain sodas because they were out of CO2. They didn't have slurpees cuz they were out. They had a sign on the door that said DEBIT & CREDIT ONLY because they were NOT taking CASH cuz they didn't have any change. I used my app to get my $1 coffee and she's like DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS ONLY... I handed her the $1.00 bill... no change required. The staff member that was hmmmm "working" would have been put to shame by the fast moving sloth. I will continue to go in for my morning Coconut-Mango latte that will be going away since the summer is coming to an end but looking forward to the new seasonal flavors but I'm addicted. They always have jolly ranchers on hand 24/7! You can get Chili Cheese Fritos and open them and put more chili and cheese at an extra cost! And those pink donuts with the sprinkles just makes you wanna be in Springfield! They always got ice and got a got damn surplus of Slurpee syrup. Totally good with that! i am a well-established customer. i do make the coffee when i empty a pot. i do walk there at night almost every night and i dont see weirdos there unless they talkin about me(retired sailor). starbucks coffee is awful compared to this store, coffee is always fresh even mid day. 7 to 8 am is very busy too, same school kids. Liz the manager moved over a year ago back east for a while, liz was the friendliest.Joyce is not as friendly as she use to be, just maybe stress of the job is getting her, cause she was always friendly before. i see the owners there too, and they always have a friendly word. sandwiches there are always fresh. i dont like the hot dog grill, it takes a clerk away cash register when they are the busiest. Most dont know but i have seen the water filters (Reverse Osmosis) for the coffee and ice makers. you will see me there every day. read more

7-Eleven coffee is good when it's FRESH! Fortunately I know the people that work here that they either make me a fresh pot or they allow me to make it myself without getting territorial on me. pros... they are always open. and this one even has a gas station in the front. small but well stocked most of the time. love the slurpees here. last time i passed by the gas prices were pretty reasonable, not super high or expensive, not so sure of the quality, but you can put in enough to get you somewheres else. cons... not the best place to go at night, just cause of the neighborhood it's in, mine! hahahaha. but really avoid it at night. parking lot is filled with delinquent jr. high school kids during the day and weirdos at night. read more

I personally survive on 7-11! I come here mostly in the mornings when I'm on the go. The people are crazy friendly and very kind! Their hot chocolate is hecka-good and their prices are very reasonable. It's also a pretty clean facility. They also pretty much have everything that you need! read more

I went in with two lottery tickets...the clerk said I needed to "clear" the scan bars...I asked..."where' and was told...I don't know...just clear them...(4:35 7/5/15)...I said could you help me...not sure where they are...was told I had to 'figure it out"...I said it would be nice if you could help me...I was told it was not her job...I got frustrated and raised my voice...she called the police...fortunately the other worker helped...got my money for me...got me on the road...wow...that clerk (Hispanic...fat....~38 years old) has no business being a customer clerk.
