The fruit is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time. You can really tell they care about quality. It's hard to find a place that stays this consistent, but they deliver every time I go. If you're looking for something refreshing, healthy, and actually tastes great, this place is definitely worth checking out.

For context, I…read morewas camping with my son's boy scout troop on Silver Strand and it was hot... really really really hot. I wanted to grab some delicious and refreshing treats and found this place on Yelp with incredible reviews and had to give it a shot. First of all, you'll need to resist the temptation to order EVERYTHING on the menu because you could easily eat and drink your way through the whole thing. I went with the mangonaeda and bought one for me and one for my son. The nachos looked awesome and while it wasn't exactly in the "refreshing" category, a boy's got to eat right? The fruit was delicious and the chamoy straw is always a treat. I'll be honest, I almost didn't make it back to camp with the second drink because it was that good. Now let's talk about the nachos. Don't you hate it when you see an incredible pile of nachos and all the topings and goodies are on top and they're virtually never and more layered throughout the chips and by the time you get to the bottom, you've just got dry chips? I hate that. Well apparently these fine folks didn't read that recipe book and there were so many jalapenos and so much cheese I actually ran out of chips before I ran out of the toppings. It was an epic snacking experience. Keep up the fine work you're doing here and I can't wait to see you again.

First of all, I want to say this has been one of my favorite coffee spots in san diego for years…read more The campfire mocha is amazing and worth every penny. Ive brought friends here in the past and have always gotten positive feedback afterwards. Recently though, it feels like it's lost a little of its charm. The menu needs updating because with all the crossed out items on the board, it looks a little low end and like they're out of things. But they also always seem to be out of multiple items when I come these days. There's no food options any more most of the time, but the display cases remain. And seating... it feels like they got rid of 1-2 tables and the tables that were outside. There never seems to be enough seating so it's both cramped while also empty looking now. They have these side benches to sit on, but no one ever uses them because they're not super comfortable or good to chat with anyone with. Also, the bathroom. It's usually open, but twice now Ive been in there where there's zero toilet paper or the paper towel dispenser is out, but someone has just put a roll on top to tear at your own will. I loved this place so I hate saying more negative than good. The drinks remain amazing, but for a spot that is so popular, it's losing some of its own charm.

I do videos specifically about the best coffee items in San Diego, not coffee shops as a whole. and as of right now the only item I can confidently recommend here is the choco caramel sea salt latte. that said, I haven't tried the iced mexican mocha yet which apparently is the move. so maybe I just ordered wrong. coming back to try that before I make my final call. The decor is fun and takes me back to my childhood with the skateboarding decks and overall vibe. The only reason for 4 stars is the parking situation around the area; it's scarce at times, so it usually involves a walk.
