The worst coffee shop I have ever been to. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Was going home and I need some caffeine to keep me up. We had a hard time finding the parking lot so we parked on the streets. The store had one other customer in there but they took over 10 minutes to make our drinks. The service was also bad. I got the hazelnut divinity with oat milk and my friend got a matcha latte. The hazelnut was overly sweet and you couldn't taste the coffee and the matcha did not taste like matcha at all. The matcha tasted like milk and they just added food coloring to make it look g. AVOID this cafe if it's possible, don't waste your money here since it's not worth it almost $8 a drink.

Super nice employees! Solid selection of both drinks and food. Tried their hazelnut latte which was a tad bit too sweet but delicious regardless. Street parking available and plenty of seating indoors!

Awesome drinks!! I love the lavender tea latte especially. Lemon Loaf is also excellent. Staff are really nice & friendly and the service is really fast. They've got both indoor and outdoor seating both a great. The place is nice, good lighting, I enjoy hanging out there!

One of my favorite coffee chains!, never disappoints. Great concept kept throughout their menu, decor, merchandise and honestly best motto: Life's Better Buzzed. Staff at this location is always welcoming and friendly, even during rushes. Plenty of dining space inside and outside. Coffee is strong but not bitter, well balanced. Honey Latte is always made amazing. My daughter enjoyed the Iced Matcha, no grassy flavor. I've tried the Hazelnut Divinity but I do get that half sweet.

Great Coffee spot in Del Mar. CS is superb, the young lady that waited on me was super helpful and accommodating. Very clean and well organized

It seems some of their images and reviews got purged from their Yelp. I've once gave an updated review about a time (July 26th) where I ordered their $7.99, Ham & Cheese Croissant. It contained smoked ham, muenster cheese, on a toasted croissant. It was a tad oily (buttery) and was piping hot! Not bad, but if you think back a couple of years I would totally see this being priced at $4! Another time, actually quite recently-- October 4th, I got myself a Mint Infused Iced Coffee. I've actually ordered this before at their Fashion Valley location and LOVED IT! Although sadly, at this specific location... I did not love it. It had way too much heavy cream. What a bummer to spend my $6.49 on that. This day they were insanely packed, one guy working the bar and another at the register. There were also maybe 1-2 others working but they were behind the door perhaps stocking? I don't know if Better Buzz prioritizes speed over quality. The man was working quite fast and what I thought to be efficiently - that is until I tasted my drink. Maybe in the colder season I'll stop by and the drink will be good? But as of now I've had multiple misses with the flavors of the drinks-- them mainly being very sweet and milky. I do like that this spot does accept cash. In addition, many seats inside are filled with students on laptops. Most of them have finished their drinks and remain seated, leaving no space (inside that is) for new customers to enjoy their drinks. Which is not 100% a huge deal, but maybe over time may be annoying for others. Although, Better Buzz does have multiple tables and seating areas outside of their shop. Also...they are a 3-5 min walk from the beach! Better Buzz Coffee has smoothies, blended iced coffees, cold brews, açaí bowls, teas, lemonade, toasts, sandwiche, & wraps. The menu may slightly be on the pricier side I would say because it's closer to the beach, it has that beach price iykwim. The choice is yours if you want to spend your money here! It is a popular spot with other people, just a miss for me.

This location is conveniently located across from the Del Mar Plaza (south) on Camino Del Mar at 15th Street. They have a nice outside patio and a great inside vibe. The staff is high positive energy and they are really working hard to get orders completed. I highly recommend this location.

Paper on the cup affirms I asked for a large yet the cup I'm holding is a regular size lol

Took over 20 minutes to get to the register and order even though there were only three customers ahead of us. Ordered a large and paid for a large but they gave me a regular sized. Staff was nice but worked super slow, no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Stopped into Better Buzz for a cold drink and a restroom break, and both delivered. The restroom was excellent--clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The store itself was just as well kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were friendly and efficient. My drink was solid, with a perfect balance of flavors--not overly sweet, not overloaded with ice--and priced fairly. Overall, a great quick stop.

Love the Better Buzz aesthetic and vibe! The assortment of unique drinks is a differentiator from other specialty coffee shops. The quality of coffee is good and honestly just a simple cappuccino is worth it. The drink prices are high but unsurprising for a Del Mar shop.

I'm a total dog lover, so I'm a sucker for places that truly accommodate pets--and this spot nailed it. They offered my pup a pup cup, which instantly won me over. The location is also great--walking distance to the beach with plenty of outdoor seating both out front and along the side, perfect for soaking in the coastal vibe. I stopped by and ordered the Hot Large (best drink ever!) for $6.79--definitely recommend. Also signed up for their rewards program, which was a nice bonus. This location is the kind of place I'll keep coming back to--not just for the drinks and beachy convenience.

I'd highly recommend both things I got (Reuben sandwich and mac salad) The reuben sandwich had a perfect amount of meat, perfect taste to it and had just the right of fat (cheese) as well as acidity (sauerkraut!) I would drive from Poway just to get this. Yes, you read that right. The mac salad is a nice add to the meal, the noodles are still very al-dente. The taste is identical to a traditional potato salad except swap the potatoes with al dente mac salad. This place gets very high marks on Yelp but I was a little dubious. But it feels great when someone exceeds your expectations. The Reuben sandwich I ordered looked fairly ordinary but it was excellent. I loved it and literally wolfed it down. The basic turkey and cheese sandwich was fresh and delicious. The Italian sandwich (which included your usual assortment of Italian meats) was great. All of the breads used and ingredients were very fresh. I saw them scooping fresh avocado onto the sandwiches. That is what I like to see. They are not skimpy with anything here. These sandwiches are not life-changing but they are very well-made and delicious. The generosity with their ingredients is appreciated. Well worth a visit.

But the sourdough was the gateway drug for me. It's impossible to go into the Prager Bros bake shops and avoid seeing something even more additive. The honey walnut, limited offering, was my favorite until they stopped making it. The seasonal scone (date and coconut) is more than a fine substitution. They also don't display the quiche, instead they hide the quiche in the back so it just kinda feels deceptive. To make matters worse, the quiche itself was somewhat dry.
