First time at Better Buzz Coffee ever. I heard they have a few locations throughout the San Diego county. Well this Coronado location was great. Spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Cutest decor and signs all around the shop like "I like you better when I' buzzed" how cute is that. The drinks we got were amazing. Everyone loved their drinks. I enjoyed the cold brew I ordered with coconut cold foam. Omg ... delicious. They also sells croissants and other sweets. Their own merchandise is really cute too I got myself a glass cup for iced coffee. Customer service is friendly and welcoming. A great place to stop by when in Coronado or surrounding areas.

Everyone was super friendly/welcoming! This handsome gentlemen Josh was super helpful navigating me through the menu and giving some amazing recommendation! (Cookies n Cream Best drink and a Bacon chibatta on sourdough). It all came out so fast and the cafe is honestly a great spot to get some work done! Will definitely be coming here more often!

Visited Coronado Better Buzz and got myself a delicious hot vanilla bean latte with almond milk and i t was steamed to perfection! The cafe is beautiful, pastries were delicious, everyone was so friendly. This has to be one of my favorite locations can't wait to come back!!

We were in Coronado, and I had yet to try this coffee place so I was excited to finally give it a shot. And it did not disappoint. The quality of coffee is so much better than the other chains that are out there. The breakfast croissant was pretty good. The variety of coffees they had were different unique. The service was great, although slow, everyone was friendly and in a great mood. I love the aesthetic of this place with the black and white and the pop of yellow and being be themed it is really cute. I will continue to try out different ones over other coffee chains for sure.!

These folks are so nice at this little coffee shop. The coffees are delicious. And they are very quick and very efficient. They have some cool merch. Not a ton of places to sit down, but they do have some and it's very dog friendly. We like that.

    Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap

The chili crunch wrap was ok but I also got the mango smoothie and it gave me a weird tingling sensation (I'm not allergic to anything) so the drink ended up unfinished. Service is ok, it took a bit of time for drinks to come out on a Friday afternoon. The interior is a bit messy and dirty and there were flies inside the bakery display case...

Love the local feel of this place. Multitude of options. Breakfast bites are now on the menu. Free water fountain gives an Italian cafe feel. Seating indoors and outside. Usually have a lot of baristas so even with a line it moves quick.

Better Buzz always hits the spot and this location is no different. Walking distance from the beach- the vibe is perfect for the beach town. We got three drinks- the signature drink, hot Americano and a cold brew with cinnamon cream. After trying the cold brew it felt different but my son kept it and drank some more but after about 10 -15 minutes he again said the taste was off. We walked back to Better Buzz and they literally agreed to make his drink again even before he could finish asking and this time it was perfect- exactly how it had tasted in the past. So 5 stars all around- drinks, ambience, location and service!

    Better Breakfast Sandwich - $9.99

I always make it a point to visit a Better Buzz whenever I'm in San Diego. My husband and I were staying at the Hotel del Coronado during our most recent visit and I was so glad they have a location within walking distance of the hotel. There seemed to be a good mix of both locals and tourists when we visited. I ordered an Iced Regular Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever with an extra shot ($6.69 + $1.00) and it was very tasty. It kept me buzzing throughout the day. I also ordered the Better Breakfast Sandwich ($9.99) and it was a solid sandwich. Christopher took our order and he was friendly. It was busy, but our drinks were prepared in a timely manner. The food took a while, but someone in the back kitchen actually makes the sandwiches vs. some other places that simply reheat.

My friend and I tried a refresher and a regular matcha. Both of them were sooooooo sweet it wasn't drinkable with all that sugar. Knowing that I'd probably just ask for no sugar or the least they can do. The service was good with whoever took our order! It's a cute place by the beach so we just went in to check it out. The sandwich we got too was tasty and pretty big. Not sure how their coffee is but anything with sweetener in it, modify it! trust me!

Tell me that it looks good and I'll call you a liar.

I wouldn't have expected the Better Buzz in Coronado Island to have the worst avocado toast of my life. But it was. Hardly any avocado, spread thin. Chewy bread with bad flavor. Hardly any seeds! They call it the "three-seed avocado toast" What seeds? Look at old photos to see how it used to look. Now they are just ripping us all off and don't even care! It's the most simple thing but they can't make it right. Everything else is a sugar bomb or contains preserved meat. The one slightly healthy thing they have tastes horrible. Never again. Two stars for the regular coffee. The seats near the back smelled like homeless.

Chris always makes my day better and it's not just me. I see the way he treats every customer with the same kindness and energy. He's an absolutely amazing person outgoing, genuine, and always has a positive attitude. Honestly, who wouldn't want to interact with someone like Chris...His customer service truly stands out. The drinks & food are always on point. My favorite sandwich is the turkey brie, and of course, I love the açaí bowls.

    Alisha O.

Service was fast even with how packed it was! My drink came out great! Inside is very small and gets crammed easily but they were able to get guests in and out quick with good service. And it was still very clean with how busy it was!

    Yummy!!

This past Sunday, I decided to head over for a morning walk and finally stopped in again. The shop is pretty small with limited seating, so it's not really a place to hang out. It seems more like a grab-and-go coffee spot. There aren't many great coffee shop options in this part of Coronado, so I can definitely see why it's popular with both locals and tourists. I arrived just before the morning rush, so I was able to order and get my drink almost immediately. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I also really appreciated that they offer a military discount--it's always nice to see businesses supporting the military community. I ordered a medium cold brew with coconut cold foam and asked for very light ice. I was so happy they actually listened! So many coffee shops still fill the cup with ice even when you ask for light ice, and I hate watered-down coffee. This one was perfect. The coconut cold foam was absolutely delicious and added just the right amount of sweetness to complement the bold flavor of the cold brew without overpowering it. I also love that they serve organic coffee. I'll definitely have to remember to stop by more often whenever I'm in Coronado in the mornings. Next time, I need to try one of their donuts too!

We've been here for both dinner and breakfast, and both meals were delicious. The menu offers a nice variety, the quality is consistent, and the prices are fair for the experience. Seeing flies inside a closed food display is already unpleasant, but the casual response from the employee made the experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the sanitation issue, as well as how concerns like this are handled with customers.

After enjoying my experience, I figured I would come back again on this trip. I ended up visiting it twice. While the service was rather good (though how fast or slow depended on the time of day, how many customers, and how many people are working) and the food itself was very tasty. On my first recent visit, I simply ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, which was filling and tasty with heavy cheese which was nice and soft and rather melted. On my second visit, I came with my wife, and she ordered a grilled cheese sandwich (a bit more melted than mine by special request), and I ordered a Hot Dog Danish, which was a July special consisting of a flaky, buttery croissant dough filled with a 100% beef frank, ketchup, Dijon mustard, crispy onions, and fresh micro basil. While the croissant and condiments were nice and warm, the hot dog could have been warmer. It was still tasty. I thought about getting a Parisian hot chocolate, but I figured I had enough of a treat just in the meal itself. The service was good though rather slow on my first visit due to only one person working (as the other person was on break). It was much faster when I came back another day and two people were working. Parfait Paris started in 2014 with the first location opening in the Gaslamp quarter. Parfait Paris brings its French savoir-faire throughout its various locations, inviting people to taste the French Art de Vivre and celebrate its Gourmet Parisian heritage. They are now known for their desserts, macarons, crepes, and pastries. They also serve drinks. This Parfait Paris location is at the Coronado Ferry Landing. There are eight locations at this time of Parfait Paris plus an online commerce site. You can visit their website at https://parfaitparis.com/locations/coronado to order pickup or delivery, catering, an events calendar, and jobs. This location is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 10 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. I also joined a loyalty program where I enter my phone number upon each visit at checkout. I believe I have a promo I can use on my next visit. I certainly plan to come back again when I am visiting Coronado in the future!
