I had no idea until I showed up twenty five minutes later (something came up) and the food was not at all ready. The food took an additional 25 minutes to be prepared and Josh was working in a backlog already. I think he stopped accepting online orders as a result of getting backed up because I thought about going today and the site was not accepting orders. Currently, Josh is not offering the beef tallow fries, but I hope this is resolved soon. The burgers are halal beef and the beef bacon is halal as well (no option for pork-based bacon). The Smash burgers I ordered was one with beef bacon and one without. I think Josh was trying his best to get the food ready that I didn't feel the burgers were as charred as I would have expected a Smash Burger to be. There is no lettuce or tomatoes on the burger, but it goes come with a heavy helping of caramelized onions and a few slices of pickles. The meat itself was juicy and although the beef bacon was so small (I almost missed it), the flavor of the bacon is very much present. Inside the shared space, there is a very small sitting/standing area with one small table. Mostly people wait in their car for their order to be prepared. I am looking forward to trying Josh's again after he has a chance to overcome all of the kinks new restaurants have and can't wait to try the beef tallow fries.

They are running an in-store only promotion of buy two, get one free, so we decided to try five different options: Two orders of the Okie Dog (Nathan's beef dog wrapped in pastrami), a Philly (cheesesteak concept), a Texas Twinkie (smoked brisket), a French Dipper (French dip sandwich), and a Pastrami. These rolls are meant to be dipped and dunked because they each come with accompanying sauces, in containers that are carefully labeled (I'd recommend Eggrollery label the sauce container rather than the lid of the containers because I switched them all up by accident when it was time to put the leftovers away (whoops!)). Ex: The French Dipper comes with a side of Au Jus and the Okie Dog comes with a small side of chili. The portions are fairly priced and the egg rolls come pre-cut ready to be shared and dunked. The food was ready in about 20 minutes because the kitchen was also working on a few DoorDash orders. I think the normal wait time is about 10 minutes when the kitchen is not so busy. Jon, the owner, took a lot of pride in the fact that the Okie Dog uses Nathan's and I also appreciated the higher quality ingredients. The egg roll itself is golden brown, crispy and delicious. Each roll was STUFFED and the egg roll was wrapped so well that nothing was spilling or soggy. My favorite has got to be the Texas Twinkie. The brisket was cooked to perfection and oh my goodness, my favorite bites of this roll were the ones with the jalapeño and the cheddar cheese sauce. All the seating is shared between Pizza Monkey, Corned Beef King, and now, Eggrollery. There are two tables (with two chairs each) available right inside the pick up area and there are two covered outdoor picnic tables. There is a decent amount of parking available in the lot and there is street parking available as well. I hope Eggrollery stays and implements other types of egg rolls, maybe a stuffed pizza concept?
