I have gotten silk pressed, deep conditioning, trims, wash and gos and flexi rods. My hair has always been hydrated, shiny, bounced, and it does not explode or puff the next morning (IYKYK). I have also seen other people getting other types of styles. I would say the salon seems to cater to natural hair. Hair health is important here. You won't smell burned hair (in the air or when you wash your hair later). Low heat is used for blow drying. The stylists are knowledgeable. They ask about your preferences rather than just doing what they want (another strong sign to me that they know what they are doing). I always leave happy with the way my hair looks. I will add that the ambiance of the place so also really nice. The inside is pretty, well decorated, clean, and everything is in order. It's nice not to have my hair sweat out while I am still in the chair. This is a salon that takes its self seriously and I love it. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly customer service.
