    20 wings very small
    Eddie H.

Very disappointed after all the reviews I read on here. I will tell you for the price it has good value. The wings are very small. The honey sauce is very good. It gets very messy that I needed to use the restroom to clean off. The place is small but cozy. My table was dirty and I asked for a paper towel to clean it. I got a dry paper towel that I wasn't able to clean table with. The lady that took my order was very nice. The young lady did not say a word like she didn't want to be there. I'm glad I tried it but would not go back. I have had much better wings around town.

You can't talk wings without saying Bethune Grill in the same breath. This place is a cornerstone of culture, history, and honestly, the best wings in Florida. If you're ever in Daytona Beach... man, even if you're not, go to Bethune Grill. You won't regret it. Food, service, vibes -- 10/10. Get there... yesterday!

We saw this place on TikTok and decided to visit while in Daytona Beach. The service was amazing, very hospitable people! Food on the other hand was very disappointing! Our order: Sister and bil: 2 -12 piece honey wing combos (no drinks included Sister rated wings 7.5/10 BIL rated wings 7/10 fries 4/10 ranch 0/10 Our order: 10 piece mix reg fried and buffalo: fried wings lacked seasoning 0/10 and buffalo was just regular buffalo wings 4/10 Fries hard/lacked any seasoning 2/10 10 piece honey and buffalo wings 7/10 honey and 4/10 buffalo 3pc buffalo tender: 3.5/10 just a frozen precooked tender fried and drowned in buffalo sauce with a side of horrible ranch 0/10 Pork chop sandwich: 2.5/10 unseasoned, overcooked for a thin cut pork chop, ranch added to container for the sandwich vs any other condiments. Everyone agreed the honey wings saved the day! Overall, the prices are good, the place is busy which is a great thing, there is a sitting area if you want to dine in but it seems more of a grab and go as a space saver Many reviews stated it's worthy of driving a distance for. This may be true, everyone's pallets are different. We came, we tried it, we wouldn't go back.

It's Bae Day so we heading out to the beach!! I already know I'm stopping to THE Damn Best Fried chicken WINGS in Daytona!! A Black Family owned business servicing the community and surrounding Bethune-Cookman University students for many years. These fried, seasoned, crispy chicken wings are the BOMB.COM. Please don't call to place an order over the phone either, (they don't do that) Lol You go there in person to place your orders bc it's cooked freshly while u wait now back to these SyrupyTangy goodness , very tasty 20 piece and fries me and choose any of them fresh baked Sliced cakes, cookies, pies and lemonade super delicious. Go check em out YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! They recently made beautiful renovations to their diner room and seating area !!

The absolute best wings ever. I'm in Orlando but I sometimes drive to Daytona just for these wings! I always get them fried hard for that extra crunch, the sauce never disappoints. They also sell the sauce as well. Service is quick and to the point! The vibes of the restaurant show their accomplishments because of their wings. Pro tip - try to go on a weekday if possible. I went on Thursday and it was only a 5 minute wait, I tried to go on a weekend once and it was over an hour wait! The wings are high in demand.

I got Bethune grill for the first time since I was a student at the University of Central Florida and the flavors were better than what I remembered. I ordered the 10 piece honey flavored chicken wings with fries and a cold drink. The food only took 10 minutes to prepare. The restaurant staff was kind and welcoming. Inside was packed with other people waiting on their food. I am happy the business is still doing good after all these years, made my heart feel warm. I took my plate and ate near the Daytona Beach Pier and walked it off afterwards on the boardwalk. I am so happy I got to return here after so long, I will make sure it's not this long again before going back.

Just got some of their wings with my son for the first time. Oh my gosh, they were so good. We will be back. We live in Flager but it was worth the drive.

My coworkers suggested this place and I have been wanting to try it for awhile. The prices are great and the food was AMAZING. The sauce they use on the wings is like a sweet sauce and it's so good. The fries were good too. Everybody who got food thoroughly enjoyed it and I definitely will be eating from here again. I didn't go in the restaurant myself as my coworkers picked it up but they said the place was busy which is always a good sign as well! My coworker got chicken tenders and she said she even got more tenders she ordered and that's always a nice little surprise.

Linda listeeennnn! These wings did not disappoint and definitely lived up to the hype! My partner & I made a day trip to Daytona Beach & decided we were going to swing by on our way home . The service was okay, but nothing spectacular. The wait was quite a bit, but it's to be expected because it seems like they make everything to order. My only critique is that they let the cheese sticks sit too long and the cheese was hard on the inside & the fries were bland. But, the wings are by far the star of the show! Nice & crispy with a great blend of sweet & spicy .

This place has some of the best wings I have ever had in my life! I'm a 3rd generation FAMU Rattler so it was hard to find myself in a place called Bethune Grill but it was worth the trip. I was recommended to come here by a colleague. I was working in the area so I decided to stop by for lunch. Make sure you tell them you want 10 wings dipped. They'll know exactly what you're talking about. The honey wing sauce is what really makes the meal. The wings are fried hard and that sauce is immaculate. I now know why this place has been rated to have some of the best wings in Florida. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Daytona Beach area.

Bethune Grill I drove from Orlando to finally have these wings. Okay we got there. No explanation of what is what. Had to ask sole question. It's only 2 wings flavor ! TWO! The one cashier was ok the other was just RUDE ! She seem to be rushing the customers and it wasn't welcoming ! The size of the wings were small (as you can see below ) that was okay. Amount of fries (fries don't have no salt or seasoning on top) they give you a small cup of seasoning salt you can add on your own. The sweet tea tasted horrible like it was made with faucet water that need a filter cleaning. It was NASTY! I throw it out. Will I return ? Probably NOT!

The inside of this place is super cute, and it feels every bit like a family owned restaurant, which I loved. We had a reservation, and we showed up about 5 minutes early, but then 2 other parties of 2 who arrived after us were seated before us even though one of them was a walk in. They were both seated at 4 tops, so I was thinking maybe that's why we didn't get those tables, but when we were finally seated we also got a 4-top. We waited about 20 minutes before I finally asked the host, and then they seated us at the next table that was bussed. Our table was a little tucked away around a corner where you couldn't see it from the entrance. Now, growing up as a person of color, I'm more inclined to notice when I'm the only person of color in a space than most white people I've met are. So, I noticed almost immediately that all the white people who arrived after us were sat before us in very visible tables and then I (the lone brown person) was sat around the corner away from the entry. Now, I don't know these people, so I have absolutely no reason to think that this was intentional, but I need them to realize how it might look. You have to be cognizant of things like that. Even if they just forgot to seat us and the hidden table happened to be the next available, it looked very bad. Now, the server who was assigned to us was awesome. We told her we were in town for Rockville and we all talked about music. She was super nice and attentive. For food, I got the catch of the day grilled with grits and mashed potatoes. When I ordered this, I don't think I imagined how unappetizing it would look. Nevertheless, the fish was well cooked, but I found myself wishing that the grits were a little cheesier, the potatoes were a little smoother, and the fish had a sauce. It was a very drab plate both visually and from a flavor perspective. My companion got the francaise with scallops. It was good, but not enough to fill him up (which we would've expected from the price). So would I go back here? Probably not. I think that this place is kind of overrated, possible because there aren't a lot of nicer options in Daytona. Again, our server was awesome, but the food didn't stand up to our expectations, and the initial experience with getting seated was disappointing at best.

A Standout Find in Daytona Beach!…read more Our family of six ventured to Daytona for a visit to Buc-ee's and wanted to find somewhere special to eat closer to the water. We're so glad we discovered Farm to Fit! What a fantastic surprise. This little bistro is seriously underrated. We're New York Metro foodies, so we have pretty high expectations when it comes to fresh, flavorful food, and Farm to Fit absolutely delivered. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully prepared, and genuinely delicious. We tried the Cuban sandwich, Chicken Club, Shrimp Bowl, Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato salad, and Salmon Bowl. The Salmon Bowl was a standout and easily one of our favorites. We also sampled the Key Lime Pie and cheesecake, because apparently six people need dessert research too. Both were delicious. We all left feeling completely satisfied and already talking about coming back. There's something special about finding a place that feels like a hidden gem, where the food is thoughtfully prepared and the people genuinely care about what they're serving. Daytona is lucky to have Farm to Fit and its wonderful team. Kudos to the staff we met for making our experience even better! This was such a fun find, and I honestly can't wait to return!
