Camille is super friendly, a fun conversationalist, an extremely talented hairdresser, and overall a wonderful person! I am so happy I decided to give her a try when I needed a new stylist. Camille did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and to top it off, she gives a killer head massage after washing your hair. Sooooo relaxing and lovely, and not the super short little head rub that leaves you wanting more. On top of giving me perfect highlights, Camille gave me a haircut that kept the length like I wanted, but framed my face a bit and got rid of my split ends. I'm extremely pleased with how the haircut turned out! I am just so satisfied with my hair. I walked into the salon in a cranky, PMSey mood, and left on cloud nine with a smile on my face. She has a new regular customer in me! One thing I noticed was that every one of their customers who came in while I was there absolutely adored the ladies here. That's always a great sign when trying out a new business! There was a ton of laughing and giggling and salon gossip that I enjoyed eavesdropping on lol. They are a little pricey, but some things are worth paying a little extra for, and I would rather pay a little more once, than pay less and have to pay more after to fix a cheap hair job! I think the price was worth the amazing service and end results. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone. They are a fabulous salon, in a lovely atmosphere, with fantastic service, and whose stylists are professional and great at their job. However, I recently experienced major hair loss due to weight loss surgery, extreme stress and anxiety. I placed my order of a glueless install 18 inch closure wig in the texture loose deep wave. My anxiety started and I began a conversation with, I believed to be the owner. I sent a message and received an immediate response. I explained my condition and my concerns. I was assured that I didn't need to worry about anything. Over the next week there were several messages about the shipping and expected arrival. I placed my order on 11/26/21 and it arrived 12/10/21. Upon arrival I was immediately deflated. It came in a plastic envelope, I usually get them in a box. I open the package and it's the wig and the wig grip that I purchased. Nothing else. For almost $400 I expected some extras, like a comb, clips, a wig cap, etc. You know, the usual things that come with a wig purchase. Nothing! I was appalled to see the wig is in a plastic zip loc bag. All of my wigs come in a satan wig bag, which helps with the longevity of the unit. Next, I take the net off and immediately I realize the hair in the cap is damp. Not a good sign, especially since it shipped 4 days ago. Next I attempt to run my fingers through and it's caught and hair immediately starts to shed. I look closer and the entire unit has split ends. My first thought is this is not a new wig. Next I look at the part and it's orange, from the knots being bleached and the bleach being left on too long. I part through the rest and the entire closure is the same, as well as, the edges. All I could do was cry! Yes I cried over a wig. I'm already depressed about the hair loss and now I have a wig that I'm afraid to put on my head because of possible mildew and it will require so much work to get it to where it should have been upon delivery. I've also spent a large amount of money that I'm afraid I won't get back. I have reached out to the owner, via the same text thread and have not received a response all day. My prayer is that God will move on my behalf in the situation and my money will be refunded so that I may purchase another unit, elsewhere, before the holidays.

I've been going to Melanie for several years (pretty much since the day she opened her salon in Town Creek Salons). She is very reasonably priced and always tries to accommodate my schedule. She's super easy to talk to which is great since you'll be spending lots of time in her chair! Also, she's a perfectionist which I love. She did an amazing job on my wedding day hair and she's helped me make the transformation from a blonde to a redhead. She did such a great job on my color change that I get constant compliments on it, even from random strangers (yay!). Also, she's one of the few stylists in DFW that actually takes appointments on a Sunday.
