Yard looks good. She seemed a little forgetful as she had to work around the exterior being painted but kept forgetting when she was told they would be there. She also indicated she could clean the interior of the house. It didn't need much since whole house was cleaned then painted cabinets, millwork, and walls. She was given a list of what to do ie. light fixtures that were missed,
and hand prints form carpet installers, and paint on hardwood and vinyl floor. My realtor and I arrived to find her scrubbing a light switch, so I reminded her again to not clean what had already been cleaned. She sent a bill for 7 hours outside which was likely close, but the 7 hours for inside in a house that was already cleaned and freshly painted was surprising. When questioned for a break down the comment came that she had touched every surface in the house to clean and how much the place was selling for so certainly I should just pay it, I was sure of what was happening. Do not do anything by the hour with her, make sure everything is in writing as to what is to happen and a cost. Anything that is to added should be asked and a change order written. Hoping she has learned a lesson.
