We were the third car in the parking lot, so they weren't busy. The employee was behind the register on her phone in a very relaxed state. After walking around the grounds for 30 mins with no help from employees, I verified the item I was looking for was in stock but was more expensive than other local stores - also, they had very limited selection for what I was looking for. I ended up going to Lowe's and found the exact same item with a wider variety of selections at a way cheaper price, with better customer service.

The team was amazing, this was the most professional operation I've dealt with regarding tree trimming and removal. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable, not cheap, but very reasonable given the scope of work they did. We had a stand of dead trees over 100 ft tall, leaning towards our drain field. Seriously, we had a serious problem. These guys made me laugh, they did great work and while it still hurt to write the check, I didn't feel like they didn't earn every penny. They communicated every step of the way and made sure the project was done right. After excavating the driveway and putting in the gravel, Colby came back twice to ensure that the gravel was level and there was no puddling. Fantastic! Then, when it came time to do the coloring for the patio, they took the time to make sure the weather was going to allow the color to cure. I was impressed that they took the time to do the job right, even though it meant waiting a couple weeks for the rain to subside long enough to do it.
