I like getting things used and the office furniture place nearby recommended action. They had exactly what I needed! However, when I brought the printer home I needed the admin information. I called Action computers to see if they could help me, and at first they said they didn't do printer services and that they couldn't contact who they got it from to get the admin info. I was pretty upset - why sell printers if you can't help? But then I got in touch with Jeff who cleared up that misunderstanding and they definitely do help with printers! Their tech was able to configure it to do a factory reset and have it print wirelessly. When I get it back home they can also remote in and help me if I can't get it set up on the network right. Amazing! I had contacted another printer agency that wanted to charge me $37.80 for every 15 minutes to help me - action computer folks are far more friendly and affordable. They really do care. I brought in some of my kids' old laptops and they bought a few abs recycled the others. I'm so glad I have a reliable tech place to get equipment and troubleshoot now that I work from home full time and don't have a tech department, I have to do everything myself, and I can, with action computer's help!! I brought in a warranty Lenovo Laptop for service and left it at the location for several days and no one called me to pickup the laptop or I was not given any update on the ticket that was created at the front desk! Anyway, I then proceeded to call and I was told that water or a liquid has been sprayed to my LCD screen and I really didn't question this explanation and proceeded to have them order a new replacement LCD screen. I took my laptop back and was told 3 to 5 business days based on the supplier and paid with a credit card in full. Two weeks went by and again no one contacted me with any updates or any understanding after the 2 weeks. I am then told that the supplier cancelled the order without their knowledge so I wait another two days an email follows with we need to have you again come in with your laptop so they can figure out what type of screen they need to order and I am then told that it may require even more money to secure the screen from the manufacturer. I honestly can tell you as a business owner who owns several businesses in multiple states this was some of the worst communication and improper customer service I have ever received. I travel frequently and I was able to have the complete laptop repaired and returned in 2 days so I would not recommend this company to anyone since I have over 30 laptops in my companies, and I will just have to go elsewhere and lastly they did not even offer an apology so I quess the management team has changed since the last time I visited this location.

Lucky for me these techies were able to recover my files/fotos/essentials from my hard drive and install a new one. While I learned the valuable lesson to backup and I was set back a few hundred dollars, I am grateful these guys were able to recover the past 4 yrs of my life that I had stored on this pretty baby I'm typing on right now. They are not only authorized sales/service peeps for Toshiba, but from their adverts they do IBM/Lenova and HP as well.
