I honestly can't say enough about Sergey or his Team. They replaced 14 windows and a slider in 1.2 days. The windows in my home were 27 years old, worn-out, cracked, gaps in the closure, etc. Sergey came in and made recommendations. There was no upselling, or padding in extra unnecessary costs. After getting a quote on our windows, I called back a month later to negotiate a deal and Sergey didn't remember visiting my home and accused me of lying. So this review is long overdue. Sergey and his crew installed my windows last year fall-ish before winter of 2020 and my wife and I are so happy with their work and going with Bestoff. We're always relaxing and at random times just mention about how it's the best big purchase decision we made for the house looking out into our yard. Living in Vallejo we have a view of Mt Tamalpais from the back window and it's now ten times more awesome as well. My wife initially reached out to Bestoff when we were gathering quotes and it was easy communication using group text. Right from beginning with prompt easy going replies and accommodating in our scheduling. On our appointment Sergey was their early and just waiting in his car and arrived on the dot as to not impose too early. Covid worries and all that Appreciated the consideration! went through quoting full replacement of all windows totaling 23 and a sliding door and from 4 quotes was by far the most competitive quote saving thousands $$$ compared to everyone else. Was even a slight upgrade in brand and warranty with Anlin compared to some others quotes I got for simontin For install I was worried because it was end of fall and started to get into rainy season. But sergey assured me they could do it in 2 days. And he confirmed with weather prediction on that weekend they were available looked to be good weather for the installation. But he would also reconfirm few days prior because you never know with trusty weather predictions. Closer to the date, he confirmed weather was still good to go and we went for it and his three man crew was prompt, efficient and friendly(masked during times of high Covid worries) replaced the top floor windows first day, Saturday and bottom floor windows and sliding door that Sunday. I was looking for a contractor to replace all my windows at my town house in San Leandro in March, I contacted a few companies and decided to go with Bestoff Windows. Sergey (the owner) came and gave me a very reasonable quote (lowest compared with all the other ones I contacted). He is very nice and patient and offered his best advice on the brand and installation to fit best for my home. He even told me to save money, I should obtain the city permit myself. And when I told him I don't have time to deal with city, he did it for me and only charged me what the city charged with no additional fees. The installation process went very smooth as well, the 2 staffs that came are professional and fast. I told Sergey this, as well as the first contractor. Sergey explained to me the windows I have are of good quality. He said he would love the business of replacing them for me, but I would only get about a 10% difference. Sergey told me my better option would be awnings on the areas which heat up. He also suggested that I get an attic fan. In the end Sergey did not sell me any windows. He is an honest businessman who I will definitely refer to any of my friends or family getting windows.
