The broth was super flavorful, the beef was really tasty, and the noodles were so good. Which a food hall with various food options and a bar. It is an cool spot. You place your order on a self-serve kiosk ( just like in Japan) and then you will get a text when your food is ready. I ordered the miso ramen and the broth was delicious. The pork will melt in your mouth and the egg was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the Karage chicken bites. They were delicious.
