The last two times this one was disappointing. It's usually well balanced and delicious. Especially at what they charge for a bowl. The veggie dumplings were underwhelming and lacked flavor. I only tried them once so don't know if that is how they normally are. Service was just as frustrating. No one was at the counter for long stretches of time, and when I tried calling to see if I could bring the food back for a remake, there was no answer or callback. I even reached out online a few weeks ago before posting this review and still haven't received any response. I kept my receipt as well. This is now the second visit in a row where both the food and service have been disappointing.
