We started with their standard dumpling appetizer. We get it everytime we eat there and they're delicious every time. The meals we picked were the the kimchi cabanara and the shrimp and grits. Both on their special mother's day menu. Both were absolutely delicious with fresh ingrediants, balanced seasonings and amazing flavors. I'm Italian and grew up eating traditional family Sunday dinners but this bowl of pasta was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very modern with a combination of traditional asian features mixed with some modern MTV inspired artwork. If you're into craft cocktails they got you covered as well. The only miss we had to day was our server never came back to take our dessert order, when we asked to order it he confused what we said for the bill and brought that instead. Not a deal breaker, we were actually too full for it anyway and we've had their desserts before. They always inventive and delicious. At the end of the day, one small service hiccup wasn't enough to overshadow what was an outstanding meal and experience. In a city packed with chain restaurants and predictable menus, places like this are what make Hattiesburg's food scene worth exploring. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone a little, you'll be rewarded with creative dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors you'll still be thinking about on the drive home.
