Delicious! I didn't know we had a place to get poke bowls and sushi burritos here but when my coworker mentioned it, I HAD to check it out!! Easy to order and put anything and everything you want in your bowl! They also have rolled ice cream and boba! This cozy little place is tucked away in midtown and you might miss it if you're not paying attention... definitely make a point to stop in! read more

Great food and clean environment. Only thing I would change differently is being greeted upon walking in, otherwise great experience. read more

As a former Flight attendant, I've had Poke bowls all over the US. This is the skimpiest poke bowl I've ever gotten. The man that makes them gives you the smallest amount as possible. I wish there were more poke places in Hattiesburg. I also have ordered and paid for extra toppings and never receive them. read more

Ah ever since the loop boba opened, there's truly no need to go here in my opinion. The boba is average and the food is below average. I could get a frozen katsu chicken from Costco that would taste much better than what I had. read more

Did not like the service at all. Employee was answering smart. It was my first time getting boba so I some questions. Employee was answering like if he knew i've been coming to this place everyday for years. Very disappointed. Not coming back! Also, at time of the payment. They gave themselves extra 6 dollar tip which it did not say in the screen. I asked why was that and he said I clicked on that. The worst part was that he did not find a way out to help the costumer. Just rude in general read more

Seems like the one place in all of Hattiesburg where you can get a meal that's not a giant slab of meat. I enjoyed my tofu bowl - it was the one good healthy vegan meal I got in this town. Thanks! read more

Overpriced for such small portions and quality of food. I wanted to give it a try considering I'm staying at the hotel in the plaza, but I'll definitely won't be back. Fresh rolls where mostly lettuce. The portions for the poke bowl where ridiculous. Girl at the counter kept giving me teaspoons of ingredients and then charges me $1 each. You can go to any local sushi spot and get way more food for $25 than what I got here. read more

When we heard about a new Asian Cafe in Hattiesburg, we naturally had to visit and grab some bubble tea. We ordered the Taro bubble tea with tapioca and the avocado with rainbow jelly. The bubble tea tasted like powder when we drank it which was surprising when many people stated it was amazing. The rainbow jelly tasted like plastic with no flavour and were hard like plastic. The tapioca were overcooked and stuck into a clump when I attempted to drink it. Overall, we were not impressed with how this was made. read more

Good food and they are fast. Try the boba tea and ice cream they make there, worth a try.

As a Vietnamese American born and raised in Biloxi, I'm used to being around these types of places and foods. I moved up recently and this place (an hour away from where I live now) is the only place around there that has pho, poke bowls, & bubble tea. I was really excited to try it. The location is pretty good and the interior is a little modern and very clean. Their prices are fair and service was good. My boyfriend and I ordered the pho, poke bowl, and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was not good. It didn't taste like Thai tea at all... a previous review mentioned that their bubble tea is powdery tasting and they are right. It's like powdery-sweet water. Their pho wasn't bad. A little herbal-y which overpowered the broth a little, but it was still good. The poke bowl was good too. I just didn't like that their spicy salmon and spicy tuna look like mushy paste. read more

Good food, but sushi burrito size and quality is not worth the price they charge.... its not worth 10.00$ sorry just not. When i bought this last time the burittos where a little bigger and a little more worth it. Now they are meh. Disappointing. Better off buying a fancy sushi roll for the same price. Its only a little bigger than one any ways. read more

I've been here quite a few times and still go from time to time because I love salmon poke bowls, and there is no other place around the area that serves them, so I have no other choice. The portion amount is ridiculous. The salmon "chunks" are the size of a dime, and the scooper is just as small. If I am adding crab salad and seaweed salad for an extra price, I would expect a little bit more, but no, just pinch, literally! Surprisingly, they give you half of an avocado. The owner hovers over the young worker to ensure he is serving the smallest amount of everything besides the rice. The food is good, but the price is overdoing it when the portions are not. The woman, which I'm sure is the owner's wife, is rude. She is even rude over the phone. It doesn't bother me, but I'm just letting future customers know. As far as the atmosphere, it is a pretty chill spot. Hardly ever busy. read more

The tuna poke bowl is my go-to! It's always so fresh and very delicious. Since I recently moved from Hattiesburg, I make sure to stop by Asian Cafe anytime I'm passing through. 10/10 would highly recommend! By far my favorite poke bowl cafe in MS read more

This is the best spot in town for fresh sushi. I always get the two protein poke bowl (spicy salmon and tuna) and add tons of extra goodies. Food was good and fresh thought it was on the expensive side with all the extras but it's worth it to pay for what you want. The pho was good, had a good flavor would have liked to have more of that bone broth taste. The sashimi in the poke bowl was fresh but really didnt taste much of the marinade. The drink choices are very limited but for me it was ok you have a choice between diet coke, tea, bubble teas, water. They also serve had chopped/mixed ice cream didnt order any but it looked good. read more

Just got my food delivered from here. (From the Waitr app) and let me tell you, I've never had a poke bowl before so I was new going in and wasn't sure I'd like it. That all changed once it hit my mouth! Omg it's so full of flavor and food that I'm gonna have more tomorrow! I got a bubble tea in mango flavor which is amazing as well! Consider me a new fan of poke bowls! I'd definitely recommend and I still wanna come back to try the pho. Nice to see healthy options in Hattiesburg! read more

We tried the rolled icecream a few weeks back and were very pleased with it. I will say that it takes a while to make and I think they could probably speed up the toppings section but in all, totally worth it. I wanted to wait on posting a review until we had a chance to try the actual food... and today was the day! I got the Hawaiian Poke Bowl and my son got the Tuna Poke Bowl. Not gonna lie, did not think I was going to like it but I was completely wrong! All of the various flavors worked together beautifully and we both really enjoyed our choices! read more

Really disappointed with my order of ramen. Worst ramen I've ever had. I was really excited to get ramen in Hattiesburg. My $10 ramen was flavorless, colorless with overdone ramen noodles. I would have done better cooking my own 25cent ramen at home. The noodles were mushy and way over cooked. There were no other vegetables in my food other than a few chives and wilted, clear bok choy. I tried to suffer thru it because I paid for it and drove to go pick it up, but I couldn't stomach the mush. I will most definitely not return to Asian Cafe. Very disappointed. read more

The main thing that I like from here is their poke bowls. It satisfies my craving for poke. They have different kinds of rice if you want to be more health conscious. I always get the purple rice with mine. They also have fresh and delicious toppings! The rolled ice cream was ok, but I LOVED the strawberry and bananas one. I think the overall price for everything is fairly above. read more

Finally, a new cuisine in Hattiesburg! Today was Asian Cafe's Grand Opening, so it's just starting to get into the kick of things. I was surprised by the variety of options for their Poke and Pho. And if you're craving something sweet after your meal, they have an entire section dedicated to Boba and Thai-rolled ice cream. I had the Poke of Fire, which did not disappoint. My friend had Chicken and Shrimp Pho, and he gave it a 8/10 rating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking to try something new, even if you aren't. The food is less than desirable, too over priced, selling FAKE bubble tea for much too high a price. One of the owner's wives is extremely hateful towards American customers. On numerous occasions she has purposefully waited on customers that arrive after us--especially if they are of Asian descent. I get the feeling that they don't like Americans. I will no longer patronize Asian Cafe. I do not support businesses that openly discriminate against customers based on their race, ethnicity, religion, and gender. read more

I went to Asian Cafe for a bowl of pho and while I was eating, I bit down on something hard. My tooth immediately began throbbing. I pulled the object out of my mouth and was horrified to find a shred of metal that appeared to be from a sos cleaning pad in my bowl of pho. I told a worker and a manager never approached me to apologize or offer compensation/refund. I hope I did not accidentally ingest any other sos pad metallic shreds. I would not recommend this restaurant. Asian Cafe's cleanliness standards are below par. Health department needs to shut down or investigate. read more

I love this place! Best pokè bowls . Large seating area, clean restrooms & friendly helpful staff.

Had the best Poke I have ever had. Wish we lived closer it would be my new favorite place.

I was in town visiting family, this place is across the street from Indigo hotel where I stayed. This place does ramen "all wrong". It's straight from those .99 packages you buy from store. There were pieces of Bok Choy a hard boiled egg and broth. Noticeably missing were the fish cake and seaweed as pictured on their menu. I asked the server about missing ingredients, she apologized and said they removed from menu since most people order without it. I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known. Super cheap and might suffice for the "college crowd". read more

This plate is almost 10 dollars and I order without knowing that it was going to be that bad. I think it's overpriced and flavorless. Couldn't even finish it and I'm a guy who loves any, ANY type of food. I never do reviews, but this plate made do it. Don't order this, I had a really bad experience with it. Also, I ordered ramen and it was very spicy. I felt I was having a coup noddle soup. Sorry, but that's my experience. I hope they get better and stop selling this really bad plates. They should be less than 8$ for sure! read more
