Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company.

The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile.
