After the staff failed 3x to migrate apps/data/settings to new phone, I asked for the charges to be reversed and my old phones reinstated. Travis the store manager then told me he couldn't help with a refund. He explained all of the fees were non-refundable and neither he nor his employees had to inform customers about non-refundable items. He also said that it wasn't his nor his employees responsibility to make our new phones work. Effectively, he is accountable for nothing. Then his team charged me a restocking fee of $55 for each phone that they couldn't setup. Fortunately, I called Verizon and got all of the fees reversed. Clearly Travis is wrong or flat out lied. I cannot say it more clearly, go somewhere else or call Verizon. The employees here are unhelpful, dishonest, and have no idea what good customer service is.

We waited until 6 o'clock to call him and he told us he already completed it but forgot to call us. But when I arrive to the store and pick up the iPad, I took it back home to realize that the face ID scanner no longer works anymore, and I now have to go to a official Apple Store to try and fix it. And the screen wasn't even attached properly as when the screen was facing down towards the ground, the screen was barely hanging on to the frame and it was pretty much detached from the frame. And so the amount that I paid for the screen repair sucks, it wasn't even done properly the screen was barely attached. I had to tape it myself. And the Face ID doesn't even work. So the work ethic on this iPad suck. Do not come to this phone plug. They will charge you a lot, and barely make it your money's worth.

Verizon's cellular service is tops, but their customer service stinks as well as their plans and pricing. Ok... I went to TMobile for their top of the line plan including Satellite service. Nick the representative handled everything very well. But it was me who was a bit nearsighted as I should have double checked the service at my home, located in the mid City, before venturing to TMobile. The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile.
