The owner Jeff at the Rancho Cucamonga location doesn't know what he is doing. He ruined the electrical in my car, he ruined my brakes censor & drained my battery. I had to go to his location to fix what he had done more than 8 times. His work is like a ghetto ally mechanic if not worse. He is untrustworthy, unprofessional, rude, scammer & fraudulent. He will not install the interlock right nor will he calibrated it right on purpose just to charge you $40 for a failed or refusal test. This is how he is making his money. He was supposed to calibrate my interlock several times, everytime he said he did, it turns out he did not. I kept blowing into the machine until I got light headed. He kept saying he lowered the sensitivity so it will regiater or it will read better. Which he is lying just for people to fail the test. As soon as I told him about the machine not working or registering the breath, he responded by saying " will you got your freebie, you get 1 freebie! Now it's $40 everytime you have a failed or refusal to take the test" I explained to him that wasn't the case and his machine is not functioning. He said regardless you only get 1 freebie. He treats people as if we are criminals or lower than. This man Jeff is trouble & I believe his reviews are fake. Everytime I went to his location I saw other people that were having problems with him as well. He ruined my cars electrical & I had to wait 5 days for him to bring someone else to fix my car. This other guy had to travel 2 hrs to come fix my car. He wasted too much of my time. During this time, my brakes were on for 5 days. I had to replace my brakes pads & get another battery. Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else. Jeff is fraudulent & will not take responsibility for his bad work. His instalation was micky mouse, unprofessional work he has done. I will be taking him to court if I'm not reimbursed for what he has done to my car. If I can give him -4 stars I would. Do not use. read more
