(It wasn't even a labeled exit) at 3 o'clock in the morning. I called AAA and they sent the nicest Christ-like man you've ever met in your life. He immediately put us in his big safe tow truck, hooked up my car and towed it home with all our suitcases since we were returning from a trip. He was incredibly nice and he actually looked at the lights that had come on in my car to help me figure out what my next step was and how to get it fixed. We were in a very dangerous spot in the freeway, and he came and saved us. I think the technicians name was Ruben. We have had them come to our house before for dead batteries and such and they've always been very helpful. Thank God there are hard-working men that you can call for help at 2:30am (a very dangerous time to be out driving because I'm drunk drivers who have a tendency to swipe cars parked on the side of the freeway!) and they show up with the right equipment and they know what they're doing. Lonnie from Aguiar's Towing came to the rescue. Prior to his arrival, he called me to provide an update on his ETA. I appreciated him for that. Thank you Lonnie! Lonnie was professional, friendly, and nice. He was very knowledgeable about tires. He found the reason for the flat. There was a metal item punctured into the outside edge of the tire. He said it was not fixable and would have to be replaced. I learned something new about tires that day. Tires 101 or Tires for Dummies! LOL The flat tire was replaced with the spare tire in a jiffy. The flat tire was placed in the back of my trunk. I am grateful for the quick tire resolution. Thank you so much Lonnie for your excellent and expeditious service!

We wennt full alpine and it came out amazing! Clear, crisp and bass is correct, best of all couldn't tell anyone did any work at all. Love it. Round 2 Came back to get my wife's civic checked out. Had work done to it years back and thought maybe it's time for a new setup. A few hours later the bill was less than $250 and the audio was perfect. Nothing replaced, just reinstalled correctly. I was referred to them and was willing to pay more to have my stereo installed to include lane watch. At the end of the day I called to get an eta and was told they couldn't install it unless I bought a 440.00 part, which is almost double compared to every other place on line. They did take off 50.00 the bill but still... I spent a lot of money and the work wasn't completed and was extremely expensive so I have a dash cam that doesn't connect, a lane watch that isn't installed and a really high credit card bill! Update: response! I'm still paying on my "old" stereo, I bought it the END OF JULY 2025. It was installed in my OLD car then, you are correct, the lane watch didn't work in the old car, but when I came to you guys I explained everything. I was told, no problem. I'm not looking for anything for free, that just unfair to say. My car was there from 10:30am, it wasn't until I called after 3:00 I was told I'd need an additional part to make the lane watch work, 440.00 more. I did my homework, to add that part it's under 200.00 at every place that sells them. "HDCC-02 Honda LaneWatch camera retention interface $139.99. Oh, I still owe about $600.00 on my pioneer stereo that was purchased in July this year but you expect me to buy an Apline for 440.00? I miss understood, I thought that was for the cost of the part to make the lane watch work. So that wouldn't have worked since I have the stereo I want and am still paying on. I figured I'd have to pay for an extra kit but not more than double, and at this point, why would I think it could be done right? I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted. Also, they did install the dash cam, both front and back, hid the wires good but they couldn't get them connect. I paid for your service twice as much as at Best Buy expecting to get what I paid for. And NO, I didn't miss 2 calls from you, I missed one. I shared a fair and honest review, apparently that upset you. And no, I'm not asking or expecting a refund, if I was I'd talk directly to you. I was just expecting to get what I paid for since I was told they could get the dash cam to work, it doesn't turn on at start up, which it did before, and the back is not connected to the front, meaning it's not functioning and is brand new, never installed.

After the system installed by a different high desert audio shop stopped working (sub and amp blew…read moreout) I was looking for another trusted shop to help me get back up and running. It turns out the other shop didn't set up the amp properly causing it to fry (see picture). I waited too long to address it because I work very long hours down below and the warranty lapses so I was out of luck at the old shop. Basically for about half the price that I paid for the bad setup, I was able to get some quality subs and an amp installed. They leveled and tested everything and it sounds absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Sound City 2 they are honest and reasonable. They also do great work! Go see them for all your car audio needs! I also saw them building Customer boxes and Custom center stacks for cars. They do it all! Give them a call or stop by!
