On October 18th, 2024, my 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid was involved in an auto collision. Monday morning 10/21/2024 i took my vehicle to Calliber Collision in Apple Valley CA, Address of 22050 Outer Highway 18 N, Apple Valley CA. The representative i dealt with at the time was named Nick. When dropping my car off the damage was as pictured. The front end needed to be replaced, repainted etc. They had my car til the middle of November. When i picked my car up the front emblem wasnt attached problem 1. Upon further inspection of the vehicle i found several spots where debris was underneath the paint, problem 2. I then also noticed the front bumper was not fully attached which lead me to believe the clips applied were faulty, problem 3. They replaced the front headlights which are filthy inside, problem 4. I also noticed now that the front headlights are not working the way they should. When turning, 1 side dims and vice versa. I had been trying to get help for months. I finally got them emblem in May of 2025. The hood was still not addressed. Nick then leaves Calliber. I call again in July of 2025. I dropped my vehicle off July 7, 2025 and picked it up July 11, 2025. I immediately noticed they did not fully paint the hood as discussed. Rather they touched up one major problem area. After getting the vehicle home, the bumper detached again, now worse then before. I took my car to get detailed Saturday because i saw a hard line of what i thought was dirt from being in the shop on the rear passenger side. The detailer then told me, the car had been painted. There are several bubbles underneath the paint. When dropping my car off to Calliber there was NO REAR END DAMAGE. This tells me damage was caused at the shop, and no communication was given to me. I have reached out to Calliber Headquarters and have received no response. At this point my brand new car is DAMAGED and is no where near "Pre accident" condition. read more

Went here twice for 2 different cars and each had problems when I picked them up. The first car, the windshield was cracked when I picked it up. It was not cracked when I dropped it off for repairs. I let them know and they replaced it but it set me back a couple of days from claiming my car. The second car, the rear taillight was cracked when I picked it up. It wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. Again, I let them know and they replaced it. And again it set me back a couple of days from claiming my car. It's annoying that this has happened not only once but twice. It makes me question how careful they are with the cars being repaired. Inspect your cars thoroughly before you claim them and take pictures of your car before you drop them off. Their customer service is great though. read more

A very.... hyper.... woman backed out of her parking spot and smashed into my rear end. Fairly hard. Driver side taillight was completely destroyed, rear driver quarter panel was popped out and rear driver bumper was pretty smashed up. Photos show the job they did. I CANNOT TELL it was ever in an accident! WONDERFUL shop. This is the third time I've taken my car here and I have always had an absolutely fabulous experience. They are knowledgeable, thorough, work perfectly with my insurance (Wawanesa), and have always done fabulous work. I just got my car back from them a few days ago and it looks BETTER than it did prior to the accident and is spotless. These guys are great. I wish they did more than body work because I'd take my car there for EVERYTHING including oil changes and pay the cost out of pocket no matter what it was. Love them! read more

Can't say enough about Armen and his team at Caliber Apple Valley. They were repairing front end damage on my Sienna. They kept me informed the entire time through calls and texts and even got my van done a day earlier than quoted! Everything was repaired perfectly! Not only that, they completely detailed the inside of my van. I have a 4 and 3 year old, so you can imagine the wreck going on on the INSIDE of my car! It looks like a NEW car inside. I wasn't expecting more than maybe just a quick wash on the outside, but the effort that's obvious in the cleanliness of the inside was impressive and much appreciated. To top that all off, I had asked about an issue I had with another one of our vehicle's antenna that broke off. I asked if there's a specific tool to remove the broken off antenna so I can put in a new one, but Armen told me just to bring my truck down and he would get it out for me - no charge! In the past I took my vehicle to the Caliber Collision on Bear Valley Rd., never had any problems and was always happy with the level of work that was performed and the thoroughness of the inspection. I was recently in a car accident where I was side swiped by a teenager in a stolen vehicle on the 15N freeway. He was traveling at a rapid speed and hit the front drivers side wheel and bumper/headlight area. However, when he hit me I was slammed up onto the center island divider between the Mojave exit and the 15 freeway. Horrible scrapping sound at a high speed. Therefore, when I dropped off the vehicle I let them know that there had to be damage to the underside of the vehicle, they reassured me that they would check it out. I got the vehicle back after a few days and as soon as I was driving away I heard the same clacking sound coming from the underside that I informed them about when I dropped it off. I was tired from a long day at work and thought I'll deal with it the next day. Called them they informed me to bring the vehicle back. Sure enough the panel underneath the car was bent and some clips where missing so every time I hit any type of bump the clacking noise would ensue. They ordered the part, did the repair, and called me to come pick the vehicle up. This was on Friday, 1.31.20. Drove away thinking everything was great, until yesterday, I noticed that a portion of the bumper next to the headlight is missing paint, this of course irritated me right away. So I got down on the ground to look underneath the car and Lo' and behold the underside of the bumper was still damaged from where I went up onto the center island. I'm completely and totally frustrated. It is obvious that they only wanted to fix what was visible from a casual walk around the vehicle and didn't take the time to ensure the vehicle was returned to the condition that it was in prior to the car accident. I will NEVER, EVER take any vehicle to this location. The manager is a nice guy but his high level of customer service does not match the craftsmanship of his auto body repair staff. Additionally, as a manager it is his job to ensure the quality of the work being performed by his staff and unfortunately, it is seriously lacking. Very impressed with the customer service at this location! I've used Caliber (Hesperia) before, so when I found damage to my truck this was the first place that came to mind. Whoever hit my truck didn't stop and leave their information, and the worst part was that my tailgate didn't open. So I stopped by to get a quote and feel out what this was going to cost. Arman helped me and was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked through the door. He was professional and the best part was that he truly understood my concern about not being able to open the tailgate to do "truck things". He offered to take it in the back and see about getting the tailgate working... AND HE DID! He was able to get the panel pulled out enough so that I could use my truck until I could have it fixed! Talk about a stress reliever. The damage is still obviously there, and we'll need a new bumper, but for the meantime I'm able to go about my normal daily routine. I couldn't appreciate this man more. I got into an accident September 30th, 2022. this location has had my car since October 14th, 2022 and today is November 29th, 2022. The original estimated pickup date was November 18th, 2022 and I called to ask if it was going to be done that day and was informed at that time that it wouldn't be until December 2nd, 2022. I called yesterday to see what the update was and they said the employee Steve would give me a call back. He failed to call back yesterday. I called again today and was informed that they got the final part finally after a month and a half. I asked if the car would be finished by the second estimated pickup date and was informed that they never said the estimated pickup date would be on the 2nd. Steve then told me that it wouldn't be done until the 9th. I asked why it told me the 2nd and he said "I don't know why it would say that." I have been having to pay out of pocket for my rentals to get to and from the academy for the sheriffs department that I work with. I am extremely irritated with the excuses being given to me and the extremely long wait time that I have been given. read more

I had my car repaired in 11/2018. I was referred by GEICO and I should have selected my own repair company (Sonshine Auto Body). Caliber kept me informed all along the way. I thought things were going well. Then when I got my car back the seatbelt was broken and they said the dealer would need to fix it. It wasn't like that before the accident. Then as I drove off I kept hearing odd sound from my front end. I was told that it was the new tire making that sound. Well....fast forward 9 months. I had to pay $1500 for repairs to my car that should have been fixed by Caliber Collision. I called GEICO and was told that they guarantee the repairs. GEICO had the nerves to suggest I go back to Caliber. Absolutely not!!! I am still getting the run around from GEICO regarding fixing my seat belt and getting reimbursed.
