I had some minor rear end damage to my Toyota Corolla that I had to pay out of pocket for. I had bought the new parts, but needed paint. Even though I realize Caliber is probably used to doing full collision repairs, I decided to take it over to Caliber Collision since it was a name I was familiar with and they were close to home. I am so glad that I did. I met with the manager, Armen. He said they would be willing to paint the parts for me and would call me as soon as they were ready to pick up. The parts were ready within two days and they looked great. I just got my vehicle back together and could not be happier. It looks brand new again. The paint is a perfect match and flawless. They definitely have some highly skilled painters over there. The price was great and their customer service was amazing. Overall a fantastic experience. I had occasion to get some work done on my car a few weeks ago. Since then I have purchased a new car and took it in because I had damaged the front end running into a parking curb. I was given an estimate and decided to have the work done. When I arrived, Armen greeted me and I proceeded to tell him that I thought the estimate was rather high. We went and inspected the car and he too was amazed, not at the estimate but at the damage which was really minor and he explained the reason for the estimate, which according to insurance guidelines, required removal of the front end panel. He then offered to touch up the damage which was about two inches long, tore up the estimate, and said be back in an hour to pick up my car. When my car was damaged and I spoke to my insurance company I asked if Caliber Collision in Apple Valley, Ca. was one of the companies they worked with. I was happy to find out they are. I have taken 1 vehicle to them previously and the work was done quickly, professionally, and displayed quality I would say is second to none. Now having needed to go to them a second time for another vehicle I had high expectations. Steve and his team surpassed their previously set high bar. Customer care and communication was excellent as i received text updates along the way. The work was completed within a reasonable time frame and again the quality was that of a car comming off the factory line and headed off to be show cased. I just want to say that I am so very pleased with the service provided from Caliber Collision. The store manager was amazing and very informative about what to expect. (and I loved the cozy hat he was wearing.) The receptionist was very professional when I spoke to her on the phone and in person. She was also very friendly and helped answer any questions I had both times I came into the center unfortunately I didn't get her name though. Raul the technician who repaired my car communicated with me every step of the way. He had the job completed within the initial time framing given. He even took the time to clean all the glass out of my car extra thorough bc I have children. So all around great service and I will most definitely be returning for all my vehicles needs. I backed up into a parking lot light pole and put a large dent into back bumper of Nissan Altima. Armen, General Manager, introduced himself and reviewed the damage to my car. He assured me when the repairs were done, it would look like new, without having to replace the bumper. I had doubts, it looked bad to me. This is very knowledgeable facility they are with not only the vehicle, but the insurance company. I felt completely comfortable leaving my only car in there care. They kept me informed the entire time, they made sure I knew what exactly was being done and how long it was going too take. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was clean and you could never tell I ever had a collision. They even went out of there way to bring back my rental car for me saved me a huge headache. I had a car accident and repair at the Apple Valley location. I thought it was going to be an easy repair but it was a HUGE repair. What started out as $2000 ended up being $6000 by end of the repair. Caliber made sure that I had the parts that were needed for my vehicle at the same and the level of repair was completely matching. Needless to say my pick up date kept being extended for over a month. The final week Caliber PAID for my rental car. I went in and everything was perfect but Arman noticed the lights inside were not correct. He took out the bulbs and at no cost on my time is going to fit and make sure everything is completely OK. I had a very good experience a while ago when I went to Caliber collision in Apple Valley . The staff and manager was very professional and very friendly . They took my car in right away and kept me informed throughout the process and got my car back to me on the promise date they gave me . The best part is the car looked amazing and the repairs were perfect . I dropped by yesterday with a concern I had with a part falling off my car (not accident related ) without an appointment and the manager took care of it right away and ordered the part for me and advised me it will be in a few days and staff was so friendly again . This is definitely a well overdue review. We have had to take our vehicles to Caliber Collision 4 times over the past 4 years. Each time we have received exceptional workmanship and repairs on our vehicles and in a timely manner. The paint on our pearl white Ford Explorer was matched perfectly each time, which I was worried about (well, at least the first time ). They did an amazing job on my Honda Accord. I was side swiped causing damage to the side of my car and the front driver wheel well/bumper. They fixed my baby and you can't even tell she was hit.
