While the people there are super nice they couldn't get the connections corrected to the dash cams I had asked them to install and hook up. I was referred to them and was willing to pay more to have my stereo installed to include lane watch. At the end of the day I called to get an eta and was told they couldn't install it unless I bought a 440.00 part, which is almost double compared to every other place on line. They did take off 50.00 the bill but still... I spent a lot of money and the work wasn't completed and was extremely expensive so I have a dash cam that doesn't connect, a lane watch that isn't installed and a really high credit card bill! Update: response! I'm still paying on my "old" stereo, I bought it the END OF JULY 2025. It was installed in my OLD car then, you are correct, the lane watch didn't work in the old car, but when I came to you guys I explained everything. I was told, no problem. I'm not looking for anything for free, that just unfair to say. My car was there from 10:30am, it wasn't until I called after 3:00 I was told I'd need an additional part to make the lane watch work, 440.00 more. I did my homework, to add that part it's under 200.00 at every place that sells them. "HDCC-02 Honda LaneWatch camera retention interface $139.99. Oh, I still owe about $600.00 on my pioneer stereo that was purchased in July this year but you expect me to buy an Apline for 440.00? I miss understood, I thought that was for the cost of the part to make the lane watch work. So that wouldn't have worked since I have the stereo I want and am still paying on. I figured I'd have to pay for an extra kit but not more than double, and at this point, why would I think it could be done right? I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted. Also, they did install the dash cam, both front and back, hid the wires good but they couldn't get them connect. I paid for your service twice as much as at Best Buy expecting to get what I paid for. And NO, I didn't miss 2 calls from you, I missed one. I shared a fair and honest review, apparently that upset you. And no, I'm not asking or expecting a refund, if I was I'd talk directly to you. I was just expecting to get what I paid for since I was told they could get the dash cam to work, it doesn't turn on at start up, which it did before, and the back is not connected to the front, meaning it's not functioning and is brand new, never installed. read more

This will be my third alarm system installed by Audiotistics and Tim's shop. I've also had a in-dash and drop down DVD player screen with custom enclosure made for my now sold Ford Excursion. I went with a VIper system with remote start. It definitely helps in the summer or winter when cooking/warming your vehicle when before you enter. I spoke with Nestor and was able to assist and set me up for an appointment to get the system installed in my SUV. In the future I plan to add an amp and custom sub enclosure. I remember Tim and his old shop way back before he re-located and opened his current shop on Industrial. He has been professional and able to accommodate my needs for my vehicles. His shop has expanded considerably and he now occupies the other row of space. I would recommend giving him a call for any of your audio/electronic needs. I had called to ask what kind of packages or deals they had for my Subaru BRZ and he told me he couldn't give me any prices over the phone, that I should come in so he can give me an accurate prices. Wouldn't give any stars if I could. Paid almost $600 for a deck to be put in, wasn't the one I ordered, super quiet and lags on bt. When I mentioned I wasn't happy with it and just to take it out, they said they would just re wire the new deck (wrong btw) to make it louder but said it would distort the sound if turned up. They charged an install fee plus labor??... also I had a 10am apt, my truck didn't get done until after they closed and because I wasn't able to get there right then I had to wait 2 additional days to get it back. I could have gone to another local shop and got a whole system for $700 + tax verified. It's a scam. No way this service is 5 star. read more

I found this place as a recommendation within a separate Yelp review. I was immediately impressed with the website, photos, and reviews from this place. I mean, who gets 5 stars on every single review? This place does, that's who. I went in skeptical, based on an experience at another auto audio store, plus the fact that I wanted a basic install, and this place can do extreme custom installs. Let me tell you, Audiotistics does NOT disappoint. I told the guys what I was looking for, and they showed me some models. When I told them those models were out of my price range, or that I didn't need certain fancy features, they did not try to talk me into it or upsell. In fact, they told me the cost of the actual install *before* the stereo so I would know exactly what I could get with my budget. I never felt pressured, which I feel is important as a girl shopping in "boy's town." ;-) The guys were friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. All my questions and concerns about my specific car features and connections were addressed, and the car's original USB and AUX inputs still work, as well as the steering wheel controls. Plus, I got a quick tutorial on how to work and program the new radio when everything was done. The frame they had for my car was warped (came out of the box like that), and they have already ordered a replacement for a no-cost, walk-in swap out. Something wasn't quite right with my FM signal, and they immediately addressed it and fixed it in about 20 minutes. What else can I say? This place has gone so far above and beyond my expectations for a basic stock-stereo upgrade, it makes me want to buy speakers I don't need and interior color lighting. Price was as expected for a higher quality shop and installation. Really wanted to debut our system later that night, but there was a lot of cars ahead of us so they couldn't promise anything. We got a call around 4 that it would be ready that same day! We were on the trail to big bear 45 minutes later. Super happy with the audio quality and the professionalism here. I have gone to there garage before and this time I went to there new store. First I'd like to back up an give you an example of how awesome these guys truly are.I had bought a car about a year ago got a new stereo but in by these guys bing boom done 2 hours and a some money later I had a new stereo. Then after a couple months I had started noticing the battery was going out in the car. I bought a new alternator and a new battery thinking it has to be that, I took it too a mechanic (dreamcars which btw...be weary of that place) they suggested it's the radio (but they only suggest that because we told them that's the only thing new on the car. So I call Tim an he says bring it down (fast forward an hour later) they replace my faceplate for free but couple days late my battery runs out again. I call him back he tells me to come back in so I charge my battery get down there...Tim himself (although he works on everything anyway) goes through my car runs wires find out there's a draw with a factory speak. He fixes it but here's the best part guy didn't charge me a dime (or nickel or penny) an in fact gives me money because I had to pay to get the car diagnosed and he felt bad. Now back to now that car is gone but I wanted that stereo out and in my new car. I go down there to there new office (which is beautiful btw) I get right in they fix it up 2 hours 200 dollars later I'm out on the road with that stereo. Make no mistake these dudes are class acts I feel that other places are going to charge you mark up an make you buy expensive stuff etc. These guys (while I know there trying to make a buck) never make you feel like your being ripped off. There great guys easy to talk to easy to do business with no pressure at all. Idc what I need done with my car stereo wise I will never go to any other place then here.
