I expressed major concerns about the details in terms of work guarantee and received a lifetime warranty in writing for the labor. When I picked up my truck, everything worked flawlessly and I get to experience all of my music again like it were the first time. It sounds amazing, probably the best audio my 40 year old ears have ever heard so far. The subs, amps and wiring are all discretely packaged. No evidence was left behind that anything was done without opening my door panels and disassembling my rear seats, where everything is neatly and professionally arranged. *Update* Was in a huge small claims lawsuit with this company over a shitty alarm/remote start install that they did. Every time I would try to start my car, it would throw it into security lock and I couldn't drive my car. It has left me stranded multiple times. I called and told them what was going on, they said OK bring it into the shop. So, I had the car towed to them and they said they could find nothing wrong after MULTIPLE REPROGRAMMING ATTEMPTS and the reason why my car was not starting was because it was an "OLD PIECE OF SHIT". I said my car was starting just fine before I got the remote start installed. They absolutely exclaimed that it was not their install that was the issue and that they cannot be held liable for it. I demanded my money back because it basically left my car useless. Mind you, I spent over $1700 to have this put in in the first place, which is a complete and utter rip off! When they continuously refused to refund my money I took them to small claims court. They fought tooth and nail to ultimately come out of it the loser! I got all my money back thankfully! I bought a stereo from them but was not completely happy. Usually you get the run around, but they listened to my complaints and went out of their way to make it right. Although I had to make a few trips in order to get what I wanted, they made it up to me. I love the new stereo and the price. It sounds fantastic and was exactly what I wanted. I have been to a few sound shops in the hi desert in the past couple years. It can be an expensive headache, and you do not always get what you want. I asked him if he knew of any audio sound place to get a new stereo system installed in my car for a good price. after a few minutes he said my cousin Isaac is the man, I called" he gave me a fair price over the phone and told me to come down. 30 minutes later I was getting a new sound system installed in my car. I have not purchased any sound systems in many of years, but Isaac gave me some great knowledge and a good price on changing everything out of my 1997 BMW 740il with all of the original equipment, now i have bluetooth audio and some nice bumbs in the trunk. store is fair and clean and friendly treating all customer with the highest respect. if your looking to get some new sounds try this place. I went with the expectation to have exactly what they say they provide in their ad, which is "booming sounds" but I was not fortunate enough to have a positive experience. I paid $1000 for a system that sounds better than the factory version in terms of clarity (I need hearing aids to hear it), but I DID NOT receive what I paid for which was "booming sounds." I returned the next day because not only was the radio barely pumping out any volume but the controls were installed backwards. The front controls were hooked to the back speakers and the back controls were hooked to the front speakers. They "repaired" the problem and I had to return again because the static coming from the radio was louder than the music. I was told the amp that was already in my car was bad so I purchased another and the system is still performing poorly. I was at the register paying for the last job and they turned on the radio and said that was my radio playing. I was happy, at first. I left and I heard a great song so I said wow, let me turn it up, but I couldn't because the volume was already to the max. What I think they did was put my flash drive in another someone else's radio to make me think that was my radio. I returned again and they blew me off-the sale was already made so they had no use to talk to me. So now, I have to take my car to another place, pay to have a system installed like I thought I was doing at CA sound and then head to small claims court. read more
