Great customer service, great stock inventory, anything you need on the spot. Pricing is best in town. You want top notch then this is the place to be! read more

I went in to look around, but got an education in car audio instead. Devin went through everything and quoted me on the spot with no pressure. Worked a bit with Isaac to finalize the deal on a full overhaul for my truck at a price I couldn't turn down. I expressed major concerns about the details in terms of work guarantee and received a lifetime warranty in writing for the labor. When I picked up my truck, everything worked flawlessly and I get to experience all of my music again like it were the first time. It sounds amazing, probably the best audio my 40 year old ears have ever heard so far. The subs, amps and wiring are all discretely packaged. No evidence was left behind that anything was done without opening my door panels and disassembling my rear seats, where everything is neatly and professionally arranged. Very happy with this place, and glad I finally pulled the trigger. I'll definitely be coming back for any upgrades or new installs on my other vehicles. I was happy to hear they do other things outside of audio also, so it's worth asking if you're there. read more

I had my sound system installed here less than a year ago, and it has already stopped working. I returned to have it repaired under the warranty that was promised at the time of installation, but they refused to honor it. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they claimed they don't keep records of the installations they perform. It's hard to understand how a business can offer a warranty but not maintain records of the work they've done. That left me with no support for a product they installed. On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, they dismissed my concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work, honors its warranties, and provides good customer service, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

We took our car in to upgrade our old system install and ended up upgrading our truck system as well. everyone here is nice and does excellent clean work. biggest thing is their communication is great and they had our vehicles done in under two hours. will definitely come back for more upgrades and bring future car purchases here for all of our system needs. read more

Set up an appointment on Friday for Car Window Tint w/ a guy named, "Robert." We waited for 1hr, no one ever showed up to even open the store. Came in next day early, hoping they could at least get me in early. Nope, they or "Robert" told me 5pm the latest when they close. Robert told us on Friday that it'll cost $350. They charged us $380 instead. read more

Stop do not go to this place they are thieves. I went to buy speakers and less then 3 days later they stop working, I went back and they are trying to make me buy more than 3,000 dollars more because apparently it's my fault they stop working. They don't want to honer the warranty. And the sales person is not wanting to help me..... Please stay away from them do not buy anything from them read more

Super upset with the install, I told the sales rep I could install myself but I wanted a clean job, wires exposed and you can see them, I keep my truck clean and always looking good, I don't recommend for the crappy install... I'm now going to take my truck to another shop to get it checked out. read more

Please, do no go here. The people running this place are dishonest. I went here twice to have a stereo system installed and they messed up my electrical. I have all records of my car before the install from the DEALERSHIP. My car is at the dealer being fixed because of their mistakes. Do not go here. read more

Attention old bald guy at the counter. Female does not equal stupid. Women are not ignorant and the fact that you assumed I was is outright disrespectful. My past experience there with a vey nice young man went amazing. He listened to my request and provided me with excellent customer service. Addressing me in a disrespectful manner will not be rewarded. I will take my business elsewhere. And you stated your Viper alarm was 199. The minute I walked away to leave you dropped the price to 149.00. Keep your products because I am not buying. From a woman who knows things. Too bad negative stars is not a thing read more

This place is a huge rip off, I went in wanting to purchase a deal they had for 400$ the owner basically made me finance and then ripped me off making me spend more than I asked for then gave me some low quality speakers and when I wanted to return the items he wouldn't take them back told me "I'm better off selling on the streets" this place sucks if you want to get ripped off perfect place to go read more

Zero stars!! This place is the worst! They are trying to steal $1400 from me. Yesterday, I purchased some equipment and install from them. I never picked up anything and they didn't do any work. Only one hour later, my wife changed her mind because and decided we don't need this stuff. I asked for a refund (because nothing had been done and I never picked up any products) and they said all sales are final! I told them that nothings has been done and they never gave me anything and they still said all sales are final. This is some shady s**t! They still have my money and I have nothing! They bully you into giving them money just to trap you in an agreement that you don't want. Look at all the negative reviews (because I didn't) and see the red flags! Save yourself some heartache and don't go here! I promise they will rob you too! read more

Issac has Quality service and products they do amazing work he is definitely the man for the job

I give this place 5 stars. Good and cheep price for an install. 6 by 9 kicker speaker that I got from wall mart.

I got here today at 1235pm, ask them to install just the Amp and the guy said ok. Charged me $175. I'm still sitting here at 2:54pm waiting for my car to get done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I could hear the guys in the back, just talking not getting work done. I also noticed, other people coming in, getting work done, and leave before me. Never again would I stop here for anything, customer service isn't that great either FYI. read more

Please don't trust these people, I bought a stereo system a few years back and i am still paying it off, it completely ruined my wiring, had to disconnect and now I'm driving around with all this equipment that nobody wants to buy, they swapped the cheap stuff and put it in new boxes, I am sure of it, 1300 dollars and after the interest I've probably paid well over 3000. It's all crap read more

Don't ever take your car to this place for music. I spent $2200 & had to take my car back twice because the music kept cutting off. They wired it wrong. After that they called there selves fixing it now my Base keep cutting off now they said I need a fan. That's BULLSHIT MY car was not cutting off before this place touched my car. Don't go to this place please THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

I wish I can give them 0 stars. They install and amp in my car. They did not tighten down the battery and it grounded against the seat and it fried my entire wire harness. Took it back for them to fix it they told me to take them to court read more

I really wish there was a "0 stars option". The customer service here is a complete JOKE. Everytime I would come to this place they would always tell me they were too busy. Most of the time employees are incredibly rude. I have also witnessed the older male threaten other customer for voicing their concerns and opinions. Please do not support a business that threatens customers, nor cares about quality work or customer service. read more

*Update* Was in a huge small claims lawsuit with this company over a shitty alarm/remote start install that they did. Every time I would try to start my car, it would throw it into security lock and I couldn't drive my car. It has left me stranded multiple times. I called and told them what was going on, they said OK bring it into the shop. So, I had the car towed to them and they said they could find nothing wrong after MULTIPLE REPROGRAMMING ATTEMPTS and the reason why my car was not starting was because it was an "OLD PIECE OF SHIT". I said my car was starting just fine before I got the remote start installed. They absolutely exclaimed that it was not their install that was the issue and that they cannot be held liable for it. I demanded my money back because it basically left my car useless. Mind you, I spent over $1700 to have this put in in the first place, which is a complete and utter rip off! When they continuously refused to refund my money I took them to small claims court. They fought tooth and nail to ultimately come out of it the loser! I got all my money back thankfully! Please, for the love of all that is fucking holy, stay the absolute living fuck away from this piece of dog shit shop. You could literally go down the street three more miles and get 100,000 times better service at Z Autosound (of which is now my go-to stereo shop) Please, heed this warning and stay as absolutely far away as you can! read more

Very great place my speakers are magnificent while I was waiting they even offered me donuts such a great place I do recommend

100 fucking bucks to air ratchet four bolts off and mount a light bar that shouldn't have taken you longer than 15 mins.... Z Autosound sent me down there and y'all do a customer like that. Now he's apologizing about it....That's bad service, and what's worse you do it do a chick because you think she don't know better. This definitely warrants a Yelp review read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place sells BS equipment and when you bring your car back for them to repair or replace warranty equipment they try an upgrade you for more $$! Wtf kind of place is this‍.. We had to video our piece of shit stereo flickering and show them and they still came up with some bs story as to why it was doing it. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO THERE!! PERIOD‍ read more

I bought a stereo from them but was not completely happy. Usually you get the run around, but they listened to my complaints and went out of their way to make it right. Although I had to make a few trips in order to get what I wanted, they made it up to me. I love the new stereo and the price. It sounds fantastic and was exactly what I wanted. I have been to a few sound shops in the hi desert in the past couple years. It can be an expensive headache, and you do not always get what you want. It has been very hard to find a shop I would offer repeat business to. I think this was the best experience by far! Thank you California Sound:) I would definitely recommend them! read more

Poor services . I paid almost $300 to get some beat in my husbands car to surprise him for his birthday and literally a month later all of the speakers just stop working , The wiring messed up his car, And then when I called to tell them I would be coming there to speak to "Mike"( the person that was in charge of the payment) they claimed that he didn't work there anymore . But when we went back with the receipt and complaint about it , Mike just SO HAPPENED to be there , And when we told him about the car , he had the nerve to say that he would fix everything back up for a extra charge of $150. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ?? There scammers , they'll take your money and try to make you pay more when something messes up in less than a month . read more

If I could give them no stars I would .. This place is a total bate and switch rip off center. DO NOT GO HERE first they charge you to just look at the car then say they will apply it to your service . First off they quote 150 for a simple alarm system. I call say well your website says 99 can I use that they say yes. So the next day I go In there. It's a different guy he has attitude with me is very rude says its 99 plus I'll need a relay which is 30 I say but this alarm comes with a relay why would I need additional he tells me no it doesn't. Well I know for a fact it does so in the end I walk out they took my money and I went some where else. This place is a sick joke and when I went to dispute his charge because it was a they flipped the pricing 3 times they are attempting to fight it. BULLSHIT read more

Words cannot express the satisfaction I have with California Sound each time i go there. They stand behind their products and installation. I can't imagine buying products for my cars anywhere else.
