It was late one evening when I was running errands and picking up dinner for my parents nearby, when I heard the strangest sound from my car. It was like a grumble... Ahhhhh!! Was it the engine? What's wronggggg?!?! Well when I parked, I was awkwardly crawling in front of my car and I saw that my under carriage was dragging. I opened my trusty Yelp app for an Auto shop and focused the map on the nearby radius since I didn't want to drive too far and drag my under carriage to the point of unfixable damage. Then I narrowed the search down even further for "open now" businesses. Most of the auto shops that appeared indicated that they closing in 5 minutes... all except JUJU BUILT ENGINEERED PERFORMANCE!! Yayyyyyy!! But wait... It looks like they do some fancy stuff, like the turbo engines and other fancy upgrades... I thought it was wise to call them first to see if they would handle a simple *under carriage* dilemma. George picked up and asked what type of car I drove -- Honda Civic -- and he instantly knew it was a plastic under carriage. So he told me to swing by for them to access the situation. George explained how they can reattach my under carriage if it was in good shape or completely remove it if it was too damaged. I really like how George laid out the possible scenarios based on what I described. When I got there George and Llyod were super nice. Llyod welcomed me into the shop to avoid the cold to wait while the were wrapping things up with their previous customer. Then they took my cute little Civic in and explained to me how under carriages could drag when you take your car in for maintenance and a clip isn't reattached correctly or if you ran over something. I'm not sure what happened with my under carriage. After quickly lifting my cute little Civic, Llyod slid under and swiftly reattached my under carriage. Yayyyyy!! And they wouldn't even charge me!! How sweet!! George and Llyod really saved me and I am eternally grateful!! This is a super nice and honest auto shop. In addition to the fancy engine work, they also do your simple maintenance like oil changes. Super cool guys but.. went about a year ago to get my overheating problem fixed, paid a little over $500, a few days later my car was still overheating, went back again but the problem still kept happening... by this point I was over it I decided to just go to my dealership I was just trying to save some money in the first place so that is why i didn't go to the dealer in the 1st place. My dealership told me that my car was not fixed right.... It had the wrong antifreeze in the system and it had the wrong thermometer, the one installed was not meant for my car. Esp. the wrong antifreeze was a big concern... The dealership ended up re-fixing everything that was done previously only paid about 230$ for everything. My car has been running like new after the dealer fixed it. I wouldn't go back to these guys just because of my bad experience & the money wasted, but I know they have done a great job on other cars so just double check on everything if you have any doubts. read more

They gave me an unbelievable deal (way better than what I was getting quoted elsewhere) and were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Update on 9/20. Earlier this month my car started shaking hard while driving/parked and it's hard to accelerate. Came to George and they tightened the spark plugs, engine light was gone and it drove normally. However, after few days, same thing happened so he did diagnostic and it seems like the misfire was caused by 14 years old stock fuel injectors. It was a Friday night but I had a car meet the next day so I wanted it to be fixed asap. George kindly found someone who has the injectors and Louie fixed the car in an hour. 3 weeks later, my car is running fine thanks to them. If you have any car issues, don't bother finding anyone else around this area, just give them a call, they are really nice and charge you reasonable price. read more
