Total bill was $1600 for what should have been a routine spark plug replacement. Jiffy line refunded the $600 but would not offer anything towards their mistake that costed me an additional $1200. Honestly might sue.

She pulled over and called me, I got on the phone with the person I trust, Lee at Express Smog and Lube. Not only did Lee make recommendations for my daughters safety, he also spent time after the phone call researching my make/model to see if there was any other published data about this car. I've been using Lee exclusively for a long time and he has always done right by me and both of my daughters have benefited from his honesty and ability to go above and beyond. Lee and his crew are some of the nicest people you'll know. They also know their stuff.
