And as of October 2025, their health ratings are just "Okay" which is the second lowest rating so they've got some room to improve here. FINALLY, gluten free Chinese food. I have lived around here a long time and I never knew there was good gluten free Chinese food around here. They have a lot of other teriyaki and Asian dishes that are not gluten free as well. If you have been missing breaded and fried orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken, they have gluten free. The Mongolian chicken and garlic beef are very good. The pineapple friend rice is really good. A nice tip is you can sub white rice for fried rice for $3 with any dish. The service was great and they are very informed about gluten free and making sure things don't touch. I am not celiac, but I have heard others say they can eat here. My non-gluten free family also loved the appetizer platter. The restaurant is in a little strip mall and it has plenty of seating to eat there. read more

This restaurant is walkable from my house. Today a non-family member was working and she was very polite. The teriyaki and rice is good. However, the sweet and sour chicken was terribble. We decided to check more places near our home and this popped up on Yelp! We called the order over the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes, which was very fast. We got the meal for 2: Chicken teriyaki - a little dry, but flavorful Mongolian beef - super tender and so flavorful, definitely a favorite. 2 eggrolls: maybe I haven't eaten an eggroll in Soo long but these were so good. It was filled with veggies and meat 4 potstickers: crispy, a little bland but went well with the sauces 2 side salad - just lettuce, nothing else A full box of rice - the rice was really good at absorbing all the sauces and it was soft. We got all of this for for our meal and was super stuffed. I think this is a great deal, it's not the best food but it's good enough that I will keep coming back. I never got around to trying the gf teriyaki as it was chicken breast and not the thigh like I expected, but they had some lovely gf Chinese entrees I hadn't tasted in years! We had orange chicken which was super fun with deep fried chicken pieces, super tender Mongolian beef, a garlic chicken stir fry, and pineapple fried rice. I can typically find gf fried rice or a stir fry chicken easily enough at my local Vietnamese place, but the other dishes were especially a treat. Everything we tried was delicious. I've been to multiple teriyaki restaurants but never seen a place that has various options of gluten free combo meals. Absolutely in love with the chicken/katsu teriyaki combo: enough portion, delicious taste, sustainable packaging, all of the above is unforgettable. However, one thing they should improve is the price on the menu. It can be a little pricey. Sometimes the Asian lady behind the counter makes mistake and add a tip herself. They had a change in ownership a while ago. I think that it has gone a little down hill since then. The place is still really clean which I appreciate. The prices have gone up substantially, not just a little for inflation and min. wage, a pretty big jump, $3-4 each entree. The portions didn't shrink which is good. They have so many things to choose from, made a point of labeling which meal was GF and even made sure to point out which condiments in the table were gf. I had some friends in from out of town and one of them found this place to try. She has a gluten-intolerance, so she was drawn to this place because of it's large gluten free menu. She ordered the GF orange chicken with fried rice. She enjoyed her dish. But we ate at 5:30 PM and she said she later got sick that night around 10 PM. I am pretty sure her dish was GF, but she said there may have been cross-contamination in the back while cooking. I am giving this place a 5 star from my personal opinion, but that I'd share my friend's experience as well. I had a horrible experience at this Teriyaki outfit. First, of somewhat less importance, was the attitude, the demeaner of the cashier. She appeared to be upset with me being there, barely opening her mouth and constantly having to repeat myself because she did not seem to understand. OK, maybe she was having a bad day. Instead of soft and tender, the chicken was hard and chewy like rubber. I ate about half of it because I was hungry, and I had to throw away the rest - God knows how old it was.. My meal was to go, so I was too far away and could not return it anymore. Worse yet, hours later, I had serious stomach upset from some kind of food poisoning definitely from this place. When I arrived there was a short line, and the 1 person behind the counter had maybe 20 styrofoam containers of food in piles, and moving fast to check and reorganize them, but ultimately could only help 1 customer every 4 minutes or so. I was 3rd in line and it took at least 12 minutes. They either need more people during dinner hour or a better system. Similar experience 2nd time I went. 3. The food was mixed: +teriyaki chicken, very good +salmon teriyaki, undercooked... it was good on the edges and not good in the middle +gyoza, good 4. The prices are fine. 5. Average portions and average "Seattle Style" chicken teriyaki. No surprises here - positive or negative. Prices were higher than online. I called ahead to save time only to find there was a very long queue and only 1 cashier taking orders, answering the ever ringing phone, taking payment and handing out orders. It's the only teriyaki joint in the area and I think they know that. Best Teriyaki probably won't amaze you but it will fill your tummy and probably won't kill you. COVID era review. Really appreciate the efforts this business has made and continues to make during COVID. At the time of writing, the county is in phase 2 but this restaurant continues to be take-out/delivery only. This means there is lots of space to move around the restaurant while respecting social distancing. Lots of signs indicating directions and supplies available (gloves for condiments, tissues for opening door). Customers asked to wait outside after ordering (this confused me slightly.... You still go inside when food is ready to pick up). Plexiglass around cashier who also wears gloves and masks. If I had to split hairs, the one flaw in precautions was that the cashier had to handle my credit card and a communal pen was used for receipts.... I hope they consider alternatives to this. read more

Love the Yakisoba from here. It's never to sweet and has tons of vegetables. I dislike when I get hardly any vegetables when I order veggie noodles. Especially since I know the cost is less than meat. Would recommend for sure. Friendly staff as well. Always 10 min or less for wait time. read more
