Update: I was not contacted by the owner, and I have texts from the business refusing to refund the…read moreservice. They originally offered to refund the labor only or replace the part again, but after two failed installs, that wasn't a good resolution plan. I was able to get an approved dispute with my credit card company and was fully refunded. A reply to my review making it look like there was an attempt to refund me isn't transparent. Again, sometimes it's best to measure a business on what happens when something goes wrong, not just when everything goes right. A true measure of a business is how they handle things when things go wrong. I want to start by saying the actual service experience was good. Fast turnaround, friendly staff, and when my first screen replacement had dying pixels, they replaced it under warranty without any pushback. That part of the experience deserves credit. However, the second replacement screen was also defective. Graininess in low light, visible dark spots, and the screen would go completely black during phone calls. At that point I asked for a refund rather than a third installation, since I'd already spent enough time and didn't want to gamble again on the same part. This is where I think the real test of a business happens. Anyone can deliver good service when everything goes smoothly. What matters more is what happens when it doesn't. I had an independent diagnosis from Apple confirming the display issue, and the shop initially agreed to a refund on the condition that I return the old screen. The problem was that Apple, who repaired the phone separately, retains all replaced parts as their own property and doesn't return them to customers, a policy I confirmed directly and documented for the shop. In the end, the shop declined to issue a full refund and only offered a partial refund for labor, even though the part itself was the source of the defect, not the installation. I came into this wanting to be fair, and I gave the business multiple chances to resolve it. I think it's reasonable to expect a full refund when a product fails twice, especially when returning the part wasn't even possible due to circumstances outside my control. I'd recommend this shop for routine repairs based on their speed and friendliness, but be aware of how they handle things if something doesn't go as planned. They would reference that they work with the local Apple Store, but I spoke with the Apple Store and they have several customers come in after poor third party replacements and service.

Came here to fix my phone. The store is small, neat & fully stocked with products…read more I went to the only counter, in the back, to inquire about some issues my phone was having, and the lady who was sitting there was eating, lol. Now I completely understand the need for food but maybe go in the back of the store to eat. There were three employees working so I don't understand why she had to eat at the counter?! I mention this because I had to wait for her to put her food down, wipe her hands & finish chewing before she could speak to me. Even though she was friendly and had a big smile on her face, it was very off-putting & made me feel like I was interrupting her. This overshadowed my experience because she continued to eat at the counter/cash register while she worked on fixing a phone (she's eating & doing repairs)! Another gentleman jumped in and assisted me while she just smiled with her hands & mouth full, lol. Sorry, but no one wants food soiled hands on their phone or to deal with someone who has a mouth full of food. I laugh because it was sawkward The gentleman took care of me right away but his demeanor was a bit interesting and I couldn't tell if he was genuinely trying to be helpful or was actually being sarcastic & lecturing me about my phone issues. I came here for help because they are the experts, not me, but I left feeling unsure what to make of the whole experience; I did indeed feel lectured but would like to think positively that he is just like that & was truly trying to be helpful. Obviously, customer service could be improved upon but I will say that all in all, I was helped in a timely manner and they were polite enough. As for what other reviewers have said about the quality of the products being cheap, well I have a new life back into my old phone. So far so good for me...

I bought a iPhone case with lens protection which was advised by a man staff in the store at 3pm…read moreAug. 7. The case looks good and service was nice. But I noticed it didn't work because the case covered a small portion of the Len that gave a shadow on the photos. I went back to ask for exchange Aug 8 before 3pm. The lady was so rude and told me that no exchange after seven days and the only option she gave me was buying another one. Fortunately, the man who sold me the case came back and did the exchange for me. There's no sign saying no exchange after 7 days in the cashier and the receipt says no refund ( not "no exchange" ) after 7 days of purchase. I should give 4 stars to the gentleman, zero star for the lady, and 2 stars for the store.
