We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Although customer service experience at the location has been pleasant, the overall experience…read moredealing with this company has been detrimental due to their abusive corporate decisions. In the course of 2 years, company decided to raise my agreed rental rate 3 times for up to 50% more than initially agreed. After confronting the manager, I was told this is out of their hands since corporate decides when and how much the rental increases occur. Instead of moving my business elsewhere, manager offered a smaller unit at a much lesser rate, taking into account that "rate will not increase for at least a year and even if it does, increase will be marginal". Trusting this company I decided to go ahead with the downgrade. To my surprise, less than 4 months later I receive ANOTHER RATE INCREASE NOTICE!! This time the increase would be for more than 50% starting next month. This increase like all the others happen for NO JUSTIFIABLE reason. As expressed by many others, this company has a long history of PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. They purposely wait for you to be settled with your storage to increase your rates, not by a marginal amount but increases of over 50% of your agreed rental agreement. I appealed this with their superiors in writing but they failed to even respond. I am now in the process of starting to take legal action against this company and needless to say I recommend everyone to stay away from this corporation completely!

However...the rate increases are unconscionable and I am extremely disappointed. I moved my things into a 10X15 unit on 6/16/ 2025 for a fantastic move-in special of $110/month. After 5 months the rate increased to $171/month, a 55.45% increase. I was a little concerned, but knew rates had to increase and figured it was still a fairly good price. Six months later, the price increased again to $271/month!! This amounts to a 59% increase over 6 months, and a whopping 146% increase over the course of 11 months!!! My rating is based solely on pricing practices.

Using storage to hold items when consolidating two homes into one. The initial rates were…read morereasonable, but the increases every 6 months are egregious. They're not small increases - this latest one is a 17% increase, saying it's to make it "competitive" with market conditions, but that price is now just shy of DOUBLE what they are currently offering the same unit for online. And it's far higher than what other storage places in the area charge for the same size unit - actually higher than what other places charge for much larger units. The storage facility itself is fine (though finding a dolly when you arrive can be hit or miss), but if you opt to use this place, just plan on leaving within a year or two to go somewhere that is significantly less expensive once they jack up your rates.

I had gotten a few other quotes, and their pricing was very competitive. Throughout the months leading up to the move, Danny was excellent with communication and made sure we were fully prepared. On moving day, they sent a 4-man crew. It was unfortunately a very hot day, but the team worked incredibly hard. The move took a bit longer than originally estimated, but they were hustling the entire time. The lead mover, Enque, was especially kind and worked closely with us to get everything moved over smoothly. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable, hardworking movers!

At no point did I…read morerefuse to pay for services rendered--what I objected to was the lack of professionalism, last-minute changes, and misrepresentation of the job despite providing an inventory in advance.Your team arrived late and attempted to upsell, which created unnecessary stress and forced me to rent a truck myself in order to complete the move. This was not an issue of "budget," but rather of expectations set by your company not being met. Customers should be able to rely on a moving service to honor the scheduled time, come prepared, and communicate honestly. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. What's more telling is that several other reviews describe the same experience I had--so this isn't an isolated issue. Instead of addressing that pattern, your assumption is that I "couldn't afford the move"... interesting. While I understand setbacks can occur, dismissing concerns by blaming the customer is not good business practice. My friend and I live in the same complex and moving to another unit across the parking lot. So, we need her place and my place moved into one space. We have packed everyone up and though we were ready to go. They called me to confirm my move today and spoke with Chris. We went over the items and then the price. He even threw in a free kitchen packing kit and said the guys would help. Cool. He also gave me discount and I was happy. Kion calls me an hour later asking me to confirm the move. What? I spoke to Chris. We go over things and he tells me we are good to go. I am emailed a confirmation and then see a different price. I call back and speak to him again and he says, oh, that is an estimate but we would be done before that price. Then, I get a call from Mike. He wants to confirm my move and inventory. What the heck? He says his notes are confusing so he wants to check. We go over things, AGAIN. He then tells me that it sounds like more work so, he is going to send 5 guys instead of the original 2 guys and a truck because it's gonna be a big job and that it would take 9-12 hours and double the price that I was told. Umm, what? For a 2 bedroom apartment?? He tells me I can speak to his general manager, Kion. I literally confirmed with him before! I literally start crying because I am already stressed from preparing to move in a timely manner before the 31st. Kion and I speak again and he won't even let me get a word in and trying to say that the numbers Mike estimated are correct and that there is no way it wouldn't be a full day job. I cancelled, he says he will return my deposit and then transfers me to customer care where the guys asks me what can he help me with? You tell me, sir. He hears me out and says he need to speak with Kion to get his perspective and will call back. No one has called. Lesson learned to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
