I discovered the day before leaving that the movers somehow got my suit all wrinkled and dirty during the move. Eek! Called EIGHT places, nobody could actually do same-day cleaning despite many sites saying they could online. Enter Dorsey Cleaners - they actually answered the phone, confirmed they could do it in time, and delivered. My suits look awesome and they saved the trip (how was I going to go to my Cousin's wedding with dirty clothes otherwise? no way!) Thank you for being reasonably priced and delivering on your promise. I'll be back!

My mother took her dress to Dorsey Cleaners for alterations. The dress was marked with chalk and…read morethey agreed upon the alterations that would be performed. When she returned to pick up the dress, there were blue stains throughout the top portion. She was told that another dress had bled into hers. The owner assured her to come back and the stains would be removed. She returned and the stains had indeed been removed; however, when she tried on the dress, she couldn't zip it all the way. The owner helped her zip it up, but once zipped, the dress was too tight in multiple places. He explained that he had to dry the dress twice and it may have shrunk as a result. Whether the error was due to the alterations or the drying process, the end result is that my mother's dress was ruined. She spoke with the owner about compensation since there was no way to fix the damage. He was dismissive and tried to lowball her despite their clear mistakes. This is very poor business practice, as he assumed no responsibility for what happened under his watch. My mother had used this establishment before without any issues, so this was particularly disappointing. He even tried to get the tailor to personally cover the cost of the dress instead of taking responsibility for mistakes that occurred in his business.

This was an interesting experience, to say the least. Ms. Yesenia showed up a few days before,…read morequite promptly, and gave my mother and I an estimate that we were fine with for our move-out cleaning. Our cleaning was schedule for Sunday, June 14thm at 8:30am and she showed up nearly 9:44am after having contacted her about 3-4 times and eventually getting through. This would've been fine as long as there was communication, but there wasn't. Personally, I was already on the road travelling to a different state however my mother was there by herself who had a flight to catch later that evening. We even offered her our furniture for free (two love-seats, coffee table, lamp and a small dining table) as we weren't able to take them with us as a courtesy. She brought moving people with her to take the furniture and even though they were continually instructed to not touch certain items in the house, they still tried to take those with them, causing confusiong by trying to mix them up with the garbage to be taken out. Again, my mother insisted many times for them not too touch items, some of them STILL tried to take them and acted as if they didn't understand even though there was a younger girl who translated for them just fine. This seems like they truly tried to take advantage of my mother and that is something I won't stand for. During the cleaning they even asked my mother for garbage bags; why would we hire a cleaning crew if we were able to do this on our own? You'd think they would show up prepared? I also had trouble getting the receipt from her as it is required from my landlord. It was not until over 24 hours later, from me continually messaging Ms. Yesenia, that I received receipt of services. After all of this, I am still giving her two stars because she showed up on-time the first day and the cleaning was good. This may not be your experience (I hope not) and I wish Ms. Yesenia good luck with her business but I had to share my experience. Choose wisely.

I hired 1 Pack 2 Professionals LLC for my move on April 26, 2025, and this was by far the worst…read moremoving experience I've ever had. I booked them for 4 hours, but they arrived late, cutting into the time I had paid for. Once the U-Haul was loaded and we got to my new place, they refused to do a second trip, claiming their service was only for one trip--something they never disclosed beforehand. I even offered to pay extra for the second trip, but they told me they had another job lined up. This made no sense since I had reserved them for a 4-hour block. When I called the company, they assured me they would send replacement movers, but no one ever showed up. In the end, I got 2 hours of service for the 4 hours I paid for, leaving me scrambling to finish the move on my own. I've moved many times and hired plenty of movers, but I've never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. Save yourself the trouble--look elsewhere. Update: After posting my honest review about 1 Pack 2 Professionals LLC, the company has been extremely defensive, repeatedly accusing me of lying rather than taking accountability. Instead of addressing the clear lack of communication about the "one trip only" policy (which was never disclosed), they've doubled down, claiming I should have known. They also implied that releasing the payment code meant I was satisfied--which is ridiculous, as I wasn't about to argue with two men about staying longer. Their communication after the fact has been focused more on protecting their reputation than resolving the issue. They've even suggested I should have canceled or adjusted my booking mid-move, leaving me stranded. This update only reaffirms my original review--poor communication, incomplete service, and unprofessional follow-up. I hope this helps others avoid the same experience.

Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. What kind of crack pot operation lets this lack of quality pass thru their doors.
