The price I believe is very reasonable as it includes a 5 year warranty to inspect and treat again if the termites reappear. Knowing I wouldn't need to have 4-5 guys from different companies walking all over my house and likely quoting me a higher price was the cherry on top to the value, patience and expertise David showed during our long conversation. Issac who came over to perform the treatment was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! He respected my home, my privacy and my ocd cleanliness requests. He did a great job throughly treating my home, including drilling in my sitting area and around the property. When I bought my home new the pre-treatment the builder used was not effective against termites. We…read moreended up with two minor infestations which the builder remedied during the warranty. Knowing the warranty period was set to expire in about a year, I researched termite companies in the phoenix area and "House Doctor Exterminating" had good reviews. Upon digging further I found that the company is still locally owned and operated and has not been sold to private equity. The owner, David, is awesome. We had several talks and he really impressed me with his knowledge, all I could think is "I want to hire this guy". David gave us an initial quote for another 5 year bond in Spring of 2025. Since we still had a year of warranty left with the home builder we budgeted and saved. When I called David back in March of 2026 he still honored his old quote, without me asking! We set an appointment and the tech came out on time and performed the work safely and efficiently. He explained the entire process, what chemicals he would be using, addressed any safety concerns I had and got to work. If I ever have any future need for a termite company or general pest control David is my new go to, hands down, no questions asked.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load!
