When done he asked me how does it look and i showed him things that needed to be redone and he complained and complained like a child. he was very RUDE and intimidating. he said what is it that you don't like and that you are not happy with. i showed him and he said so you want me to redo it again even though it is getting late. He was angry with me because i didnt like the way the job came out. he got down on his hands and knees and wiped up the mess and then said what else are you not happy with. Rude as can be. then he said to me that he still has to steam clean the garage and that it is getting real late to do it. i took everything out in the morning -my house cleaners helped us and he complained that he had to take more stuff out. i told him he doesn't need to do it. i will have my house cleaning people do it. in the mid afternoon i asked him about doing the grout line in the kitchen around the sink and if he had the color which i told his wife about 5 weeks prior to get it. he said he had it and then told me he had to go to home depot to get it. he charged me $87.50 to do a 5 minute job around the quartz counters which included an $11.00 tube of caulk that he had to tell his wife who was at home to get it and drop it at my house. he lied right to my face. he also gave me one price in the morning and added in another $200.00 when he was done for all the work. Poor communication skills. He ruined my 5 inch new baseboards. They all had vertical splits. i had to have a handyman caulk them and repaint them and he left hose marks on my leather furniture in the living room. He is careless and nasty. i couldn't wait for him to get out of my house. He wanted to come back the next day to finish the job. i said absolutely NO. i would never recommend him to anyone. A bully and a chronic complainer that he worked so hard and i wasn't happy with his job. He charged an excessive amount of money for poor quality. He is all about the money. $87.50 to caulk around the sink for 5 minutes. He also left caulk on the counters and the grates on stovetop. sloppy work. what an experience. i could go on and on because there were more things that he did not do right.

I made an appointment and he called before he came and he was right on time. I didn't have a lot of hope for them because my carpets and chairs were very dirty and being 8 years old had some ware on them. To my amazement they looked almost new. I could not believe what an amazing job he did. I had him take the rugs out on my driveway, it was much easier and they dried in less than an hr. ( it was around 110 degrees out which of course made a difference in drying time. ) He took his time was polite and professional. I picked him because he had no bad reviews. How many companies can say that. If you are looking for a good carpet and upholstery cleaner I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint. I will be telling everyone I know what an amazing job he did. Thank you Robert.

This experience reinforces why we have left positive reviews of this store in the past. We recently had an issue with an area rug about 2 months earlier. We contacted Ed at the Scottsdale store who was extremely accommodating and allowed us to exchange the rug with absolutely no hassles. We went to the Chandler location where Sean there was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful in finding the perfect replace. AZ Rug Company has beautiful rugs and outstanding customer service. Arizona Rug Company Nov 22, 2025…read more What a pleasure it was to work with Arizona Rug Co. We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. THANK YOU, Eco-Clean Carpet Cleaning…read more Patrick (the owner) was professional and totally thorough. It is a good sign when the owner is willing to visit clients. Our 2 bedroom apartment was cleaned after about and hour, very efficient. Eco-Clean uses green products- no toxins or harsh chemicals. We have pets and looked carefully for this kind of service. Patrick is meticulous, explains every step of the cleaning process and has successfully removed some "surprise" pet urine presents left after a vacation. The price quote was accurate - there is no up-selling. Eco-Clean gave us all of the information up front before starting the work. It was refreshing that the "story" did not change at all at time of service- we are very satisfied with the estimate and service. Our carpets are new again. I'd recommend and use their services again, especially for regular annual carpet cleaning!
