Anthony at Best Roof And Gutter just replaced a roof for us from hail damage. I called around and he was not only the easiest to get ahold of, but also came across as the most honest without any sales pitch or pressure at all. I had a patio being built at the same time as my roof was being replaced and Anthony made sure I was aware of the code that wouldn't allow the low pitch on the porch to be shingled (which my patio company had planned to do). So I had him and his crew roof and gutter the patio too! Everything he did passed inspection quickly and easily and he kept me updated while I was out of state working with pics. I had degrading gutters on one of my Highlands Ranch properties replaced by Mountain Reach with high quality aluminum gutters. I worked with Brent and he was very professional and attentive in communicating with me while we had a spell of bad weather that made the work dates slip a bit. Workmanship of his team was great and they repaired some French drain inlets on top of running downspouts to them. I will he using Mountain Reach for gutters and roofing work on all my properties from here on out. And as a bonus, the Colonial Red color I picked is basically an exact match to the Highlands Ranch HOA approved red trim color, so no painting needed read more

Jamie and the guys at mountain reach really went above and beyond in my book! I had hail damage from a storm last summer. I was so overwhelmed with people knocking on my door with crazy gimmicks last summer so I just waited... I eventually asked someone in the neighborhood for a recommendation... she pointed me in the direction of Jamie Williams! I called him up he met with me that day at a time that worked for me. He came with a lot of knowledge of how I go about the insurance portion of my claim which was such a life saver ( I am a new home owner and insurance stuff can be tricky ) he let me pick out a color(of shingle) that complimented my house, he also upgraded my shingle that ended up getting me a discount on my insurance policy(score)! The work itself took two days. Jamie checked in on it and always kept me in the loop. I feel like after my experience with mountain reach I can't wait to recommend others to them. UPDATE 5 months later: I've updated this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Anthony emailed me to make up the 5% difference after reviewing Mountain Ranch's 2017 reviews and noticed the discrepancy. I greatly appreciate the company taking the time to review the year and make right what went a little wrong. They didn't have to do that, but they did it anyway. That goes a long way in my book. The gutters they installed are still looking and working great. I definitely recommend these guys. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm torn with these guys. I was quoted $3,440.00 for top quality gutters and gutter guards. At 180 feet with many downspouts, a contractor friend of mine said this was a good price. The owners that came out to the house to create the estimate was nice and polite. Then came the delays. Weather can be volatile, I know. I can't put 100% of the blame on the company as sometimes weather just gets in the way. My project was delayed 4 times due to weather. Already a month behind, the weather cleared and I had a new appointment for the work. Then they had trouble with the truck. They called me about the trouble 2 hours after I was told to expect them at my house. The next day, again, trouble with the truck. Rescheduled for the next day. They told me I would receive 15% off and apologized for all the delays. They also said that if they can't come tomorrow, the entire job would be free. Fair enough. They're having some trouble, but they're trying to make up for it. At this point, I'm still on board with them. They showed up this time and were unable to finish the job because they had not brought enough gutter materials with them. A new set of guys came out the next day to finish the job. It had been 1 month and 5 days, but it was finally done and I should have 15% off the bill. The bill came and it was 10% off instead, totaling $3,096.00. I didn't bother to try to get the other 5% off they had promised. At this point, I wanted it to just be done. So, I paid the 10% off price without contacting them. The work they did was great. Everyone they sent to my home was polite and nice. But, there are definite improvements that could be made with the company's operations. read more

Chris and his team are a rare example of a great hardworking company that makes sure to do what they say. Mountain Reach was very professional, timely and customer service oriented. Chris usually answered the phone himself when I had questions and was always prompt when he was coming to my job sites. I liked them so much I had them do a second property and they did not disappoint. Mountain Reach cleaned up their job site very well after the job was done, and one of their guys Jason even trimmed up some of the trees which were scraping my gutters. Amazing customer service. I will start by saying this is my first 1 star review on yelp, I am normally a very easy going and optimistic person, however, poor communications and poor customer service has led me to write this review. Our original install date was pushed back 3 separate times. The project became so delayed that it was infringing on our house painting. When I called our point of contact, we recieved no response. Then, the installers arrived to our home unannounced and installed gutters, when we were not home. Even after the job was complete there were still problems that needed correcting. When we finally reached someone all we got were excuses as to why they were installed incorrectly. The entire process was beyond frustrating for us. We were told to expect a discount for our hassles but we were then sent a bill in full and their salesman called me for full payment. Horrible communicators. We paid the full amount, because in the end the job was finally completed, but this does not discount the fact that we would never recommend this company anyone. read more

I contacted Mountain Reach to replace a damaged run of gutters on my house based upon the previous reviews. Upon filling out the online estimate form, I was promptly contacted and the estimate process was smooth. The overall process has had a few bumps, but I now have a functional guttter system with plans to replace the rest of the gutters in the future. One of the biggest challenges with this project has been the rescheduling of installation windows due to weather as well as delayed notification of install delays. However, after discussing this concern with the install team, they are working on this issue and have been very prompt to communicate the status of any work scheudled. I also learned that any moisture can impact the quality of the sealant used at the corners and snow is a safety concern that prohibits the installers from working on any roof. Overall, there were some challenges to complete the project, but I do feel that the final result is much better than my previous gutter system. read more

Best Roof and Gutter fixed a water flow issue with my gutters that was rather tricky and needed a specific angle from the roof. They also helped identify and then fixed a previous roofing company's poor workmanship. They installed a custom skylight, fixed the flashing around the skylight, reroofed part of the house, and sealed all the pipes/caps up top. I'm confident in the solution they provided and took photos every step of the way so I could see what they found and was able to discuss solutions, which they priced and then executed quickly. There was a mistake made at one point and when I brought it to the company's attention, the owner called me to apologize and then quickly remediated the issue -- it's great to find a company and group of people that stand behind their word and take pride in quality work! This company used to be called Mountain Reach Roofing and Gutters, they replaced our old gutters and did satisfactory work. There was in issue with my new gutter install and they were able to remedy it, so I naturally contacted for a roofing estimate. After an unfortunate miscommunication with the roofing estimate [doing business in the time of Covid presents unique challenges], but we were eventually able to work out a solution. I originally contacted Mountain Reach about getting gutters added to two sides of my house where there were no gutters and where I was seeing an issue with water intrusion. It somehow turned into a total roof replacement, which is fine. It needed it. The estimate was quick. They came out and gave me an estimate and promised that they wouldn't charge more than what the insurance company would give me. Within days, the team was out and they replaced my roof and, a few days later, they were adding the gutters...but they didn't add gutters to the one side of the house that really needed it (the original reason I had called). They sent someone out to add it, but it seemed to take forever to get someone out to make the repair (it was a few weeks anyway). They said they were super busy and overloaded. Then the next time it snowed and the snow melted, I noticed that the gutters were leaking. It took a few more weeks to get someone to fix that, but only after they called me looking for payment and I said I wouldn't pay until it was fixed. Then there was a big hassle with the bill and multiple calls to get close to the amount I was originally quoted (although I still ended up paying more than they initially said I would.) It was a really good initial experience. Everything after that was not so I'm averaging the good and bad to come up with three stars, although I will never use these guys again. read more

We had Mountain Reach do the gutters at our home. The company installed the gutters quickly and tidied up nicely. A few months after installation, we noticed there was spillage coming out from over the down spout. We called to have them seal it. After several calls, and voicemails I was told I needed to email them the concern. After a detailed email they called and asked me to describe what the concern was. It took approximately a month for them to come fix it. I recently discovered another area of concern in the backyard. I'm sure there are other companies that will pay closer attention to detail. read more

They are wonderful in all areas except for the person (Aaron) who does the skylights. He came out to provide a bid and saw something that was incorrect regarding a recent roof install (no ventilation to soffits). When I got the bid I had some questions re: solartubes. The office person is awesome but I had to chase down Aaron to get a call back and it took over a week. I decided to do the small soffit repair and Aaron didn't show up on the day he was supposed to so I had to follow up. I got an excuse then he re-scheduled again. I came home from work yesterday, with no message, yet the work was not done. The office team and other service (gutters) is GREAT but if someone employs such a flake then it makes me distrust their business. read more

Save yourself the headache... It's most unfortunate there is not a zero star rating. Here is a VERY brief summary of the experience with this company: After receiving a quote for my project the company quoted a three week start time. After six weeks had passed without any word, I called the company who stated they believed they had completed the project. Two weeks later the project began. The work was of poor quality and damage was caused to the main structure. The company attempted to fix the damage; however, the quality remained poor and more damage was done. The City and County of Denver was contacted and it was discovered this company is not licensed nor was a permit obtained. As the homeowner, I obtained a permit and the inspection was completed. Needless to say the work failed to pass inspection. I had to go through the whole process again. Thankfully, successful this time. read more

After a promising start contacting the company the end results was originally a one star review. After I posted my one star review I was surprised Anthony, one of the owners, called me to talk about what happened, and layering that surprise he called shortly after I posted, and then surprised me again when he said the person whose name was mentioned in the review was the one who advised him of the one star review. That is amazing candor and accountability. Anthony asked could they come over and do what they promised. Against my better judgement, and I told him that, I agreed. I agreed because his words genuinely expressed a dedication of building their company based on treating the customer right, his words made me recalibrate an acute awareness just how important small businesses are, and the forthright of his candor and accountability too. Jason called and arrived as he said he would, He not only cleaned the gutters but his trained eye pointed out a problem with a specific gutter I never realized before. He offered a recommendation to easily fix the problem, thus more than cleaned gutters we have a better, safer house. I am so pleased with the work that was done I began writing this review, amending it from a one star to five stars, as Jason was getting in his truck after finishing the job. Anthony called later to follow-up and I advised him of how pleased I was with the experience. Every company should have a customer service policy despite that it is not enough. It is not enough when a customer service policy is the same as round, tiered styrofoam pieces frosted to look like a wedding cake. But REAL customer service is making it easy as possible for the customer to do business with a company, and when things go wrong, treat it as an opportunity to prove your policy has a core of being genuine--Mountain Reach did that. Gutters are something that I thought last when I was fixing up my older house, but realized that they were an important part of making sure that my house was protected from water damage. I saw the good reviews here on Yelp for Mountain Reach Seamless Gutters, so I thought I would try them out. Man, I will have to say they are awesome! Mountain Reach came to my house for a quote request. After a few days, I sent an e-mail to request the quote. It's been at least two weeks, and still no quote. Update: Most of the work has been completed. The crew was courteous and professional, and they were understanding to the fact that I had to leave during installation for my wedding. I was told that I wouldn't be billed until the work was complete, however, I was billed and the work is not complete. I was contacted by Mountain Reach after e-mailing them that the work was completed. I was told that the work would be completed the next day. However, no one showed to finish the work. It's been almost a week, and no follow up call from Mountain Reach. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. read more

I doubted that gutters would be the solution, but they do free consultations, and my neighbor insisted, so I gave them a call. Chris with Mountain Reach was confident that they could resolve the issue and gave me a bid to replace and reroute the downspouts away from the foundation.
