They said that might not be convenient and would let me know. On Sun 3/1 at 5.30pm, I rec'd this letter: "Hello, It won't be possible to change the route. I apologize but you will need to find another company for all three pools . At Martinez you have too many cracks in the pool and per Mauricio pool looses too much water and will make us use a lot more chemicals. Sorry for this but I can no longer help". I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.

After our initial meeting, I was very impressed with both their knowledge and abilities and we hired John & Janey as our new pool service. They got everything working properly again and even got my spa working as it had never worked before. All the problems were originals made by the contractors who built our pool and never addressed by the old pool service. So my pool finally operates as it was supposed to - two years later! The water has never been more clear and I feel confident in the maintenance and service that our pool is now receiving.

You thank your lucky stars because you can do what I did and hire Jesus Vasquez and his team ASAP. So many pool cleaners in the area just "dunk and go" and do not care about the overall health of your pool. Jesus came out quickly and made my pool look like new again, even better than before. The pool is always full of dead bugs, leaves on bottom and a disgusting layer of dirt every time I try and use the pool and I am forced to clean the pool myself for 2 hours. I also paid them to install a new pool vacuum and last few months it was not even connected or working. They were also paid lots of money to clean and maintain the pool tiles and I think the photos speak for themselves as they look just as bad as when they charged me. They are also very UNRESPONSIVE when I contact them and never bother even responding when I ask them for the state of the pool. The only thing consistent about their service is when they bill me every month for their pool services when charging my credit card. The owner responses are absolutely preposterous as they actually using the excuses when the credit card charges are not up to date but I have receipts of their charges every month. They also actually told me that because their is a sandstorm the pool is so dirty but I have photos of my next door neighbor whose pool is clear water and my pool is literally green filled with dead bugs, leaves and filth. The excuses the company makes up is disgraceful and further implicates their unethical business practices trying to shame customers by painting a false narrative. I am all about supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs but cheating and mis representing your clients when a disservice is done is not good business practice.

Not only is RB Pools an officially California state licensed contractor, but the owner, Ronna, runs RB as a very professional business. She provides incredible customer service, monthly invoicing with payment options, estimated quotes for review and approval PRIOR to work being started and she has an great team who is professional and well trained -- Robert an experienced and knowledgeable equipment repair technician and our maintenance service person, Eduardo, who is reliable and extremely competent. It's such a relief to no longer spend our time wondering if the pool guys will show up and actually do their job. With RB, we are in good hands.
