He has been constantly surprising me with his imagination and workmanship. The staff is so friendly, professional, and personable. They remember their return customers like family and make their new customers feel warmly welcomed. There are cool gadgets, home wares, equipment, and other pawn shop items there to peruse and enjoy a good discount on necessities and novelties. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, though, all that anxiety melted away. There was a warm, confident woman greeting me, a middle-aged gentleman with decades of experience sizing up my gear, and a young guy who walked me through every step of the paperwork. None of that rushed, "you're just another customer" vibe you get elsewhere. Instead, they treated me like a partner, to make you understand why in ballpoints: * They asked genuine questions about my lighting equipment and their condition. * They explained how the appraisal and loan process works....no confusing jargon, no hidden fees...in black and white * They even made a few professional suggestions on when it might be smarter to sell versus pawn and pay on things I've been to another pawn shop not too far from here...not saying any name, and I'll never go back. They have a good selection of new firearms at good prices. The used firearms are definitely where the deals are on the pricing. Also they have a very good selection of used firearms or what's called consignment firearms. I was really surprised when I noticed they even sell silencers. A lot of stores don't or none that I have seen. They have accessories also but I'm not big on accessories like lasers and stuff. I guess you can call me old' school. But I keep seeing people at the range with flashlights, lasers and other crap on their firearms which basically makes people look like they lag any skill at the range. stay away from these guys. they send you coins in terrible condition (worst milk spotting i've ever…read moreseen and ugly toning) and the listing says nothing about even the possibility of having milk spots. they make it seem like you are receiving brilliant uncirculated coins and even state that in the listing. all other companies list if there is even the remote possibility of milk spots. their communication is non existent. this could have easily all been taken care of and exchanged but they won't even respond to emails which shows they think they did nothing wrong and this is their usual practice. do business with sd bullion, monument metals, bullion exchanges, etc instead. they stand by their word and will take care of their customers. not a good way to treat a repeat customer. buyer beware!!!
