Well they person they sent to my house, Mason Lies, wasn't pleasant at all. Far from it! He came in and proceeded to test our water. From the moment he tested it, he just went on and on how bad our water was and bashing us as homeowners on how he can't believe how long we went on with this water and without a water softener. Just kept saying that over and over. At one point, he was talking and started chuckling, and he said "sorry, i was just thinking on how bad this water is and how long you guys been at this home with this horrible water". Once he presented the pricing, mind you he didn't explain their system AT ALL! We had no idea why their systems are better than other companies or what they even do to clean the water. I told him we needed to discuss it before we committed to anything. He literally got mad and told us "What is there to think about?? You have horrible water! Nothing to think about, you need this really bad! This is your health we are talking about here, your kids health!". I kept my cool as I didn't want to be rude back. Once we kept on telling him it was a lot of money and we weren't going to make a decision right then and there. He was pretty upset, packed his stuff and left. Only reason I gave it 2 star is because the manager Jason reached out to me and I told him what happened. And since then, he has been reaching out to me to make things better. I felt very well taken care of through the entire process and would like to shout out Danny who was here for over eight hours troubleshooting and solving the issues with my toilet and sink (services I had done include repairing a completely destroyed collar under my toilet, resealing the toilet, installing a new disposal, installing a new faucet and grit trap, and redoing the plumbing joints for both the toilet and the sink.) The price also includes a warranty in case something breaks again, which offers peace of mind, and the company was diligent with working things out with my building to get me scheduled. So at the end of the day, I do think I paid a premium price but I got the quality of service and peace of mind to match, rather than gambling on a cheaper service (again, I keep thinking about how it was an 8 plus hour job and Danny was working the entire time beyond quick breaks to move his vehicle/retrieve tools). An hour or so after he left, I ran the water in the vanity sink and there was a noticeable leak. He said he would come back a few days later to take a look. He returned and tightened the connections. I again ran the water after he left, and again there was dripping under the drain so I asked him back again. He came back again and did some more tightening and said it should be ok now. I again ran the water after he left and there was still a drip. I then texted him saying that I would like a refund of $350 of the $1100 he charged because the pipes were still leaking and he had already claimed twice that the problem was fixed when it wasn't. He refused and then tried to gaslight me saying actually there was no leaking. So if you want a plumber who doesn't stand by his work, then this is the guy for you (My response to his comments): For the record, here is the text exchange between Brad and Me (and yes I did say "please consider giving me a refund because I don't want to give you bad reviews"--and that is a reasonable response on my part given that I received service that is below what the average person would expect [i.e. 3 visits by the plumber and the sink trap is still dripping]. (From Craig): Brad, The vanity is still leaking and I can't devote any more time to this project, therefore I am requesting a partial refund of the money you charged me. I think a $350 refund would be reasonable. Craig (From Brad): I disagree, the last 2 times I came over there wasn't even a leak.
