She handled all the moving pieces behind the scenes so that my husband and I could simply enjoy our day. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having someone who truly cares about you and your experience makes all the difference. Melissa's warmth, attention to detail, and ability to handle anything thrown her way were invaluable. I'm so grateful she was part of our special day, and I couldn't imagine having anyone else by our side. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who is not only incredible at what she does but also a genuinely wonderful person, Melissa is your girl!

Having to coordinate with our venue, photographer, officiant, DJ, caterer, rental, etc... oh my, it would've been overwhelming if we didn't have the one person who helped making sure everyone is on schedule and answer questions for us. Audra is also, as her company suggest, super lovely. We love having her positive presence and keeping everything on track, which totally helps us focus on just having fun on our big day. The day of the wedding he completely changed his attitude. While my husband and father-in-law were waiting with him to walk down the aisle, right before the ceremony, David told them he hates weddings. He later clarified it was due to the heat, but it was an inappropriate comment to make right before our ceremony. During the ceremony he forget the ring exchange and I had to remind him mid-ceremony, right before our kiss, to do the rings. The worst part happened after all of this. Despite his attitude and mistake during the ceremony, he had the audacity to "rate our kiss" and told us and the audience he "expected better". This made my husband and I extremely uncomfortable and he ruined the end of what was supposed to be a beautiful, short and simple ceremony. At the end of the day we are happy and married, but looking back my ceremony kiss will always be my least favorite memory of the day, which is pretty depressing. If you want a nice ceremony DO NOT go with this officiant.

She was extremely friendly, responsive, flexible, and truly made our day. Our wedding ceremony and reception venues were about 20 minutes away from each other, and each only gave us 3-4 hours for setup before the events. Sam worked genuine magic behind the scenes coordinating with vendors at both locations to make them absolutely perfect, and handled my potentially "type-A" moments with grace. We are the first in of our siblings/friends to get married, so she was also in charge of teaching about 20 people how to walk down the aisle and what to do during the ceremony and it went so smoothly!

My wedding was August 16, 2026 at the Edmonds Waterfront Center…read more Listen to me when I tell you -- THIS THING COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THE HELP OF SAM!!! YOU NEED TO BOOK HER!!! I booked about eight months in advance for a day coordinator and we started communication about 2 months before the wedding. During that meeting I had what I would call the "outline" of a plan, and had booked the major items like (1) venue, (2) dj, (3) caterer, (4) photographer. But the actual plan that day was still pretty loose. On our first meeting, Sam drove all the way from Kent up to Woodinville to have a 4 hour in-person meeting with me and my husband to hash out the details. In the weeks leading up to the actual event I would go on to change that timeline like 4-5 times and Sam didn't bat an eye. She came with me to do a walkthrough of the event space and meet with the venue manager. She and I would communicate over text, email, and sometimes FaceTime. Sometimes I would even send her videos of things I was making last minute lol. This was all included and I had only booked a day-of coordinator. ON THE DAY ITSELF: She came to the hotel we were getting ready at to grab the decor items (which let me tell you I pretty much had no idea how they were supposed to look--I bought some random stuff off Amazon, Etsy, and antique shops, threw it in a box and handed it to her). I will note if you have anything heavy to have your husband and his friends move it, we had a few heavy items that we made like an altar piece. Then while we were getting ready and taking photos, she was setting everything up. Like everything, she just put it together and made it work. When we arrived to the venue, she arranged everything and everyone in my bridal party so I wasn't even thinking about anything. She brought me and my husband water. During the ceremony she was managing the catering timeline and the dj, all while getting "behind the scenes" shots of everything while not getting in the way of the photographer. After the ceremony, she had drinks ready for me and my husband. She brought snacks over to me and my husband while we were getting photos during the cocktail hour. She managed the timeline so I wasn't even thinking about "what time is it, do we need to start heading in?" She had drinks ready for us when we came in!! Throughout dinner and karaoke, she was just constantly on it, and we had a hard out by 11 (or else the venue would continue to charge us), and she had everything wrapped up and in our cars by 10:45. IT WAS JUST SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ONE OF MY MOST PRECIOUS MEMORIES AND TRULY MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!! THANK YOU SAM FOR EVERYTHING!!! BOOK THIS GIRL!!

Affairs to Remember was referred to us by our wedding planner, as one of several deejay / emcee "options" to interview. After reviewing each vendor's respective website, we elected to meet Greg, and, after that first meeting, we never looked back. We appreciated how Greg framed the DJ / MC decision as one that would set the tone for the wedding reception. He did so in a straight-forward way that helped us understand this instrumental role of the vendor, representing himself and his services well without coming across as a used car salesman. He was incredibly prepared for each of our subsequent meetings, of which there were two or three. My wife and I appreciated that Greg wanted to know what kind of music we like, what we wanted to hear during different parts of the reception, and also how we wanted the atmosphere to feel. Greg worked woth us to build a musical repitoire that everyone, regardless of musical preference or will to dance, could enjoy. He is dedicated to his craft, staying current on the business and musical aspects. On his feet, Greg did a great job of engaging guests in fun activities and reading the crowd. We are super happy with his professionalism, hard work, and the reception music and atmosphere. We had a blast, and would absolutely hire Greg again.

We appreciated Greg's thoroughness leading up to the wedding, too. Neither of us had wedding parties, so the ceremony itself was short, but Greg encouraged us to take the time to think about the songs we wanted to walk to. Thank you, Greg, for making ours an affair to remember.
