We were low on party favors and she thought of making these adorable smores packets for our bonfire with little labels with our names in them. They were a HUGE hit and totally filled things out. She also brought me the razor AND tooth brush I forgot. When my photographer went to the wrong location she and her husband played photographer for the dressing and they took GREAT pictures. She shuffled people around, kept things on time, rounded out edge, made everything look sharp and was extremely personable, professional, and polished. Everyone LOVED them! And this is only the things I remember them doing off the top of my head. I'm probably not even aware of MANY things they did. O, like when my sister/bridesmaid would NOT stop complaining about her dress and makeup and insisting someone do her makeup, Roz even did my sisters makeup may be to be nice - probably just to get her to shut up AND IT WORKED. She warned that she's not a make up artist but she was down to try and she was great! A serious Jack Of All Trades! Hire this woman now!

She has a team with different backgrounds who are also bilingual. Which was a huge plus for our family and guests. During our first consultation, I was pleasantly surprised about how knowledgeable and familiar she is with Vietnamese weddings. She knew exactly what my traditions are, and I didn't need to explain anything. She even knew terms and different aspects of my tradition that I was surprised she already knew about, such as the tea ceremony and "chao ban". Renielle was able to provide assistant coordinators who are bilingual in English and Vietnamese, which helped us tremendously.

We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. Overall, I would 100% recommend Meghan for anyone looking for someone organized, a good problem solver, and also a kind/down to earth personality. We opted to have her for the full planning, though, and are so happy we did! I work full time and my fiancee goes to school full time, and both of our families live out of state, so we definitely needed Jaimee to keep us on track and help us with all the steps (and there are a ton of steps!) leading up to our big day. She set us up with all of our amazing vendors, keeps track of all the details-even the ones I never knew about, and has been just awesome to work with. I can't wait for the wedding (June 2014) and will update my review after it honeymoon so I can rave about Jaimee and Muse some more. UPDATE: The wedding was fantastic! She helped us find our photographer, florist, dj, linens, and so much more. Jaimee even took care of some of the large DIY projects herself! We e-mailed and/or texted nearly every day. She kept us on track on making decisions and getting DIY stuff done. She found vendors for us to meet with (at least 3 of each) so that we could make the most informed decision. And if those 3 vendors weren't the ones, she found more for us to talk to! Jaimee was fully committed to our wedding and made us feel like we were the only clients she had. We are truly grateful for all of her hard work. She took our vision and contributed great ideas and made our wedding truly special. The attention to the details was out of this world.

Cassie wasn't like that, she was really down for our vision and wanted to help us execute it rather than try to fit it into the box of other weddings. I would highly recommend Cassie Isackson as a wedding planner. We used her basic (Wedding…read moreCoordination) package, which was very reasonably priced yet included so much more than just showing up the day of. In the year leading up to our wedding day, Cassie provided a high quality of services including periodic check-ins and to-do lists to help us stay on track, multiple venue walkthroughs, logistical communication with vendors, and leading our rehearsal. Throughout this period, Cassie brought to our attention many tiny details that could have spiraled into a bigger problem if there was no one to point it out to us -- including making sure tables were an adequate size, how various elements would need to move across the space during a room transition to avoid problems or delays, and various aspects of cleanup and takedown we hadn't accounted for -- and suggested helpful solutions. By our wedding day itself, Cassie had made sure every vendor knew exactly when and where they were needed. This meant that absolutely no one came to me or my wife with questions or problems. Even when the zipper of my dress ripped completely open and I thought everything was going to be a disaster, Cassie and her assistant were able to keep me calm and collected while we waited for the necessary help to arrive. If this hangup affected the schedule of the day, or if our vendors faced any other issues throughout the event, my wife and I were kept blissfully unaware. If I had to do it all over, we would absolutely hire Cassie and her team again. In fact, we'd probably upgrade our package to get even more of her expert help. Thanks for helping to make our wedding day as beautiful, fun, and memorable as we had imagined.
